If you're looking to abstain from ejaculating for whatever reason, you should know that any built up semen (from "edging", sex, masturbation, etc.) that isn't expressed through ejaculation will be voided the next time you urinate.

I often advise men that are having problems with getting too erect during their Penis Enlargement sessions to ejaculate about 15 minutes prior to their workouts. This advice usually led to improved workouts!

As you can see, there are ways around this issue.

I am aware of the Chinese study that shows a spike in testosterone levels after 7 days of abstinence. What I don't understand is why so many men, after reading this study, would subject themselves to abstinance in the hope of making gains! If you read through the study, you'll note (as guyeh7 stated) where it states: "No regular fluctuation was observed following continuous abstinence after the peak." It should also be noted that additional testosterone in your bloodstream will not increase your penis size if you are a healthy adult.

Do you wish to raise your testosterone and growth hormone levels at will? EXERCISE! Regular exercise, especially intense whole body exercises like squats and deadlifts, will raise your testosterone and GH levels.

Ejaculate is composed of seminal plasma and [by a small percentage of volume] sperm. The actual hormonal content in semen is quite small.

Most professionals agree that a healthy sex life INCREASES hormonal output. The genitourinary system is like any other set of organs in the body- use it or lose it!

If you're trying to maximize penile blood flow, you should try to avoid consuming caffeine and other vasoconstrictors. Theses substances will cause much more harm to your progress than any ejaculation would! If you need to consume these substances, do so several hours before or after your Penis Enlargement session.

Ive experimented with ejaculating and not after workouts and i found that i recover better with not ejaculating, and for you to say its bs and stupid as just ridiculous in itself to even say. You have never even attempted to see what would happen. how did you become a expert in such short of a pe life?

I am not an expert by any means, but I am also not a cool-aid drinker either.

Until there is a documented and controlled experiment regarding the difference, there is no proof that one way will produce more or less results.

Everyone gains differently, and to speculate that there are more gains without ejaculations is ridiculous when it is IMPOSSIBLE to tell. There would have to be two of you doing opposite disciplines over the exact same time period to say that YOU did or did not make the expected gains.

To say you recover faster without ejaculating is hearsay to others and means nothing. What if you actually gripped two holds tighter that time, or stretched with 5lbs more force in one direction? And, what if you actually gained more from ejaculating because it took longer to recover? Who knows, not me, and not you.

Give me a study with 300-600 men starting at the same time, doing the same techniques with the inclusion and exclusion of ejaculation over two years and then let's talk about this.

Until then it is a MYTH (true or not), and from what I can tell it would be BUSTED.

You need to look through the BS with this shit. A lot of this stuff is designed to mystify people in an effort to manipulate, be it for money, religion, or fraternity.

there is proof. ive experimented and not ejaculating definitely holds up better for me. its not impossible to tell , its just it takes trial and error and time. you havent been around long enough and havent experimented enough to even make a accurate decision on the topic. give it a try it might work for you. i speak from experience, i 'm not speculating. after your newbie gains fade and you hit a plateau you might be more willing to experiment, like ejaculting once /twice a month if you can hold out that long.

You are right, I have only been at this for a short time, but I have made gains, and I have ejaculated every now and then.

I don't expect fast gains, and I don't expect an 8 x 6. I am in it for the long haul, and maybe someday I'll find the golden nugget of truth about this subject, but so far no one has convinced me otherwise.

I don't think anyone was trying to convince you of anything other than their own experience. It's not a black and white issue across the board just like 7 day routines or 5 day routines aren't proven across the board.

These things are proven to the individual though. I have proof in my cock that a 7 day routine is horrible and results more cons than pros. DLD has the opposite proof. So both things are proven but there's no convincing going on.

Your stretching is more effective? I find that if I ejaculate a few hours before a workout I stay completley flaccid throughout my stretching and I can stay around 80% while jelqing.

Maybe Ill give it a shot though and see if it helps my stretching as it did yours.
