Well it doesnt turtle immediatly. When i stretch it my dick definantly gets longer tenporarily but after 5 seconds for aome reason it turtles. And than after a couple minutes it comes back out again. Like i just stretched right now and it turtled up but its fine again.

Imo you should find the right amount of exercise where your penis doesnt turtle, and then increase volume till it does again. That way you can learn your tolerance and what it can handle so you can grow.
