Hi i've been training a little while now and for the last week doing the following

1-2x per day
Rice sock warm up 5mins
Behind the cheek 1min each side
15-25 cranks each way
Dld (sometimes bundled) blaster [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x20[/words]-30
15-25 cranks each way
V stretch 2-3min
15-25 cranks each way

And then 3-4x per week
Adding in 400-600 jelqs and a uli here and there

I am after both girth and length

Looks like a great starting point! Give it a go for a few weeks and see where you are at. You can make modifications and changes as you become rehearsed with the process. When you get a chance read through some of these articles:

So far so good, and as you say I can always change it as needed.

I've never got on with upward stretching but can get the blasters to cover that direction, I think the cranks and behind the cheek cover the other angles and the jelq 3-4x per week is ok recovery wise for now but shall increase it depending on gains and eq.
