Hi i've been training a little while now and for the last week doing the following
1-2x per day
Rice sock warm up 5mins
Behind the cheek 1min each side
15-25 cranks each way
Dld (sometimes bundled) blaster [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x20[/words]-30
15-25 cranks each way
V stretch 2-3min
15-25 cranks each way
And then 3-4x per week
Adding in 400-600 jelqs and a uli here and there
I am after both girth and length
