hi guys.. i am contricting for 30 mins a day now.. though is that enough?... i regards to should i also be doing like 20 mins of jelqs?

... what are your thoughts?

if you ask me, 30 minutes is plenty, especially if you haven't been clamping for that long. Personally I've found that if I go beyond 30 minutes, my erections suffer horribly. But it all depends on how you feel: can you still get your dick up normally the next day after a girth workout? If you experience prolonged numbness or loss of sensation, then I'd suggest you stay at 30 minutes (or maybe even cut down to 2 sets of 10 mins) until your cock gets used to it.
Some light wet jelqing is probably a good idea for improved circulation, as well as giving your penis a massage of sorts. I usually do the jelqing before I clamp, for around 10-15 minutes, to "prepare" my dick for the intense work that lies ahead.
Anyway, it would be good to hear some more details, i.e. how long you've been clamping for and so on.
 
I do around 200 dry jelqs, a few horsies to get some extra expansion then I clamp off for a long as I can before it feels uncomfortable, I would say 45 minutes-ish. Then if I feel I can take more I may do another 100 jelqs a few more horsies and clamp again. I am building up to doing some ADCing, but only when I have irradicated the mild fluid buildup I get.

Don't rub the area and start again.....Jelq instead. As soon as u feel the coldness, its time for a 5 minute jelqing break. Remember, you are constricting blood from entering your glans. U need the extra circulation from jelqing.
 
hey guys one more question.. if i contrict for 30 mins a day... and do say 300 wet jelqs what sort of gains should i expect...


i am not that familiar with contricting that is why i am asking these simple yet important questions..

I'm going to assume you are using a cable clamp. I'd recommend, if you're a newbie, to do a 10 minute constricting session, 5 mins of jelqing. Do that for 3 sets either with a 2 on 1 off routine, or 3 on 1 off routine.

In terms of gains, I've been constricting for months and I've seen minimal gains, maybe .1 or .2 inches. It comes with time though. Keep at it and u will gain.

If your only goals are to increase girth then this will be sufficient but if you also want to make length gains you will want to include some length specific exercise.
