Now I hear ALOT of different view on busting nuts. Some say once a day is OK. Other say as long as your not messing with stuff in your personal life you can do it much as possible. Some doctors say limit them 2-3 times a week. Me personal I might bust 3-6 times a week.I hear that some of the fluids in your sperm are vital for your body. Everyone says something different and I dont know what to believe. Can someone with some FACTS help me out with the dangers of busting multiple times a week?
 
your testosterone goes down if you bust more than once a week. i P.E. everyday except sunday...that's my nut day. it keeps your testosterone high, thus increasing gains
 
^ I want to see some proof of that statement because I've heard a lot of knowledgable people say testosterone is not affected by ejaculation. I think BigAl said it once. Plus I saw it on manswers and that's a really educational show. It came up when they were testing wether its ok to have sex the night before a game and the doctors said it doesn't affect testosterone.

I have never read a true medical study that said ejaculation in the male lowered his testosterone or hormones in general to such a degree it would affect him in anyway shape or form and as such it wont harm anyone doing pe. Its just more shit for some to worry about and is pointless. You might as well not have sex, or have sex and not ejaculate in fear of loosing your hromone levels ... and what about those that hit the gym? imo its trash talk with no medical backing whatsoever. I want my penis larger and my whole reproductive system stronger for me to enjoy more, not put off useing in fear of rubbish like this.

Some one please tell me what they think on this topic...Busting a nut after you work out makes it so you are less engorged correct? Well then if that is so debilitating towards gains then why do people accept the theory of icing after Penis Enlargement. Wouldn't icing have that same effect?

And if you have already damaged and expanded the tissues why would keeping tons of blood in the penis help that much. I understand you might want to keep the tissue expanded as it heals but seriously is this so important?

Eggs are absorbing testeron in the sperm...they are the machine for making testeron...ejaculation make lower testeron,maybe just for 3,4 hours but it makes.

I have done some searching and found Remek's Penis Enlargement survey results and in those he has ejaculation post workout and if it could affect gains or not. This is different to the subject here, because the topic in this thread is masturbation and ejaculaton throughout the week, whereas the survey results focus on ejaculation after a session and it seems it ''could'' affect gains from the results gleamed. I can say that throughout most of my Penis Enlargement career, I've heldback from ejaculation after my routine and always have done this with only a handful of exceptions over the years because of the fear it messed with gains. This however has nothing to do imo with how often you wank and shoot your load dureing the week and how that might affect gains, because I do not think it would as I have stated in previous posts.

actually ejaculating raises your testorone because after your ejaculate your gonads work harder to replace what you just lost.

What I know is that testosterone is not responsible for penis growth. It's only responsible for penis growth in the puberty.

I ejaculate daily and I had good gains so far.

I dont know if your body test levels go up or down after busting. But science will tell you if your test levels go up for any reason they will have a big drop lower than normal for almost a day for some or even longer for others. Some believe training your legs release test which is TRUE while you train them. BUT after you train them you test levels drop for a day or two than return to normal.

But regarding the claim that "T levels drop post excercise"....
Any sources?
We had this discussion on Thundersplace and we concluded it was pure BS.
But it is very important that one rests a lot to have healthy T levels post excercise.

to me it all comes down to discipline...if it hinder gains or not...beating off or having an orgasm should be different from pe...if you are having sex on a regular basis then i say hey go for it..but if you just want to beat off all the time after pe..then i say show some restraint...you are trying to achieve a goal..is it really that important to jerk off after every session?..that is just my opinion...when i'm doing a routine i don't jerk off..just my personal choice..because i know that i'm working for something..and don't want to feel like i have to masterbate everytime i finish my girth routine...it's pretty much up to you though...if you pe for a while you will see..if you are cumming on a regular basis and still gaining then i say go at it..but if you see you aren't gaining like you feel you should..then maybe relax with the cumming for awhile..but i wouldn't tell anyone to turn down sex for the sake of pe..that is just stupid.

I do know for a fact that in strong man contests, they don't have sex 1-2 days before they have to lift something big, But to be honest i also think its bullshit about: "NO gains if you jerk off". But I find sense in your statement,we are stretching our tissue so why would ejaculation be bad for gains?

I posted before that there were some kind of article here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] where the effects of Ejac on the penile tissue were discussed. The conclusion were that the "elastic ingredient" declined a bit post ejac,but it went up later on.

So actually it would not matter in the long run if you do ejac every 5 or 7th day.
