Hey, the way my dick naturally is means that i have a great girth at the glans and good girth at the shaft just below it. But beyond there my girth decreases until the base, where it is very measly and thin. All girth exercises i have read on here talk about giving great girth expansion at the upper shaft and head which is great but not what i need. I have been stretching and jelqing on and off for around a year and a half now and had a small increase in upper shaft girth but still no gains at the base. I have to stick with manual exercises such as jelqing but i need an exercise which will target the base of my shaft and increase its girth. I know its good to work on all the dick but i need something specifically for the base girth.
Anyways sorry for rambling and really thanks a lot to anyone who replies.
I got awesome gains at my base from using
Bathmate pumps like an insane person (every night) + Jelqing.
My program was/is:
5 min pumping (maximal pressure).
3 minutes jelqing (get in to the root).
5 min pumping (maximal pressure).
3 minutes jelqing (get in to the root).

But you need the right size pump for your penis. Not to big. If your pump is to big your gains will be slower. First starting out with the,
Bathmate hydromax 5 and then using the
Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 wide boy. The wide boy pump is awesome for base girth (according to my experience).
Some added notes when I perform jelqs:
I Jelq downward (my penis points to the ground), in a semi-erect state, and I dig deep into the base of my penis (imagine pulling out/pushing into the "inner penis" in the base), and then I pull downward into the tissu alongside my penis. I performed my jelqing into the side of my penis, and not on the top and the bottom.
Hope this can help you.
This is how I started my PE, but
SSJ I think can be superior. But you need to get into the tissue in the base. This is my theory anyway, and it have worked for me.
