2 30min sessions? Depends on you, the head attatchment you are using (strap or noose)and how tight it is. But generally speaking if its under an hour you should be fine.

For the abbreviated period, (less than two months) that I used my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], I would remove the upper portion and allow the circulation to re-warm the head...I don't think it's a good idea to let it get too cold, that just means there's no blood supply and that's what nourishes the cells. Although it's a complete PITA, I'd suggest taking it off every hour or so

thats not bad, just give your penis some blood again by massaging it or swinging it around. what you're doing with the jelqs is totally OKAY!

We can film them as fast as we can. New exercises come out and old exercises are brought back, all need to be filmed. We are up to date on most but there are still a few that need filmed. If someone wants to help out and shoot some video that would be awesome.
