Hey guys I have a few questions. Please, answer each question separately.

-There are a LOT of exercises to choose from [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], and I am very confused, and don’t know which ones to choose from or which routines to follow. DLD and RED I would really appreciate your help here. I have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and cable clamps.

-Is there any problem on doing girth and length exercises simultaneously? I read somewhere here that you first have to focus some months on length and then move on to girth, since that doing them at the same time would slow length gains.

-If someone does only girth exercises for a year and gets a thicker cock, and then decides to do length exercises, wouldn`t the “inner penis” (that is being released when stretched) have the same natural girth that you started with? Making kind of a baseball effect?

-Does anybody know where I can download RED`s constrictor guide?

I really would like to know how this would work if one works on girth first too.
 
I guess that may well be true. If you do want length more than girth, i suggest doing length more first and it's easier to stretch a thinner penis than a big thick one. Keep doing length and girth, but more predominantly length if that is what your after, and once you hit your goal length, smash girth until you have your idea penis...essentially do that... over a year or three...
 
we need DLD to answer these questions.

It is very frustrating to have to work lenght for a year an then work on girth, IMO

I saw that you posted in the Total Routine Thread, that is what I was going to suggest.

I am lost on what you mean here, simultaneously meaning at the same time?

I have been using Expressive Stretching for years now an all girth and length has been even, no baseball effect at all.

So we can focus on girth first and it wont cause a baseball effect when we work on the length?

Also remember that girth work will bring length and length work will bring girth...they are complimentary to each other. For instance, when using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] for long periods of time (weeks) I notice that my base becomes thicker. If I train exclusively girth, as in Slow Squash Jelqs I will also gain length.
