If you can manage it, what I would do is hang for 1 hour in the morning. Then when you get the time hang for 3 more hours in 3 sets. After that I'd do 500+ hard jelqs and also clamp and/or pump.
It seems that after a day of hanging, girth exercises really make it more cemented, especially the pump. Something about the pump after hanging just "feels" right. I can feel the new cells being expanded lengthwise even further, and also some of it goes to girth.

Honestly mate, if you hung for 4 hours a day everyday in the right spot for 2 months I could see you, or anyone else, gaining 1 inch in bpfsl. I have jumped from 8 to 8.5 bp in only 1.5 months of hanging. I'm 99% sure I'll reach 9" by the 6 month mark, if not 9.5 or more! Also, attitude is everything, I am still just as excited about hanging as I was the first day I got it in the mail.
