I'm not even really sure what I'm asking here, but it just seems a bit out of the ordinary to me compared to other peoples stats which I've seen.

My BPenis EnlargementL is 7.4 -ish.....and my BPFSL is like 8.6 -ish.

Why is there such a great difference between the two, is this good/bad, and how could I make my BPenis EnlargementL catch up. My dick is like an elastic band XD.
 
I think that some of the stretching is skin, where if you're erect there's minimal skin stretch.
Also, It's possible that your ligs tighten up as you get erect, a soft and malleable tissue probably stretches better than that of a stiff/firm tissue.
Just my thoughts, I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

ETA: what's up with the "ish" on the measurements? Get it correct so you don't cheat yourself! :)

Hah, I'm only saying "ish" because it changes depending on how hard I get, like for example sometimes it's 7.5, and sometimes it's 7.3, so I just averaged it out. It's accurate to with 0.1 of an inch though =P

You are correct sir! The gap between BP and NBP can be closed by practicing erect stretches. Stretching the penis in erect state is effecting the tissue that is lagging in length. It becomes much easier to deform while erect than if flaccid.

The other determining factor is the fat pad, getting in shape and having a good diet will also close this gap in ways the above paragraph can't. Penis Enlargement should work along side physical fitness, they both will greatly contribute to your gains.

Thanks for the reply man, I will definitely check erect stretches out, and hopefully the gap may close super fast (like beofre I'm back at uni in 3 months =P). Also I currently don't have much of a fat pad because I train pretty consistently 4-5 times per week. Hope the gains come thick and fast! =)

Edit: Just read several threads at Th*nd3rs about erect stretches from a quick google search...The general consensus over there is that they are dangersous/not worth it. Or are they just too overcautious on that forum?

Well my bpfsl is the longest of all of my measurements then comes my bpel and last is my nbpel and they all hasve a .25 difference in measurements I dont always get the erection I like this could be why

Erect stretching is the best way to close the gap between gains made in flaccid-bone-stretchged length and erect length. I also think erect jelqing contributes big time to this conversion. Most men will see gain in flaccid stretched before erect, converting this is all about stretching and expanding beyond your max size. If you are stretching while you are in you 100% erect size, all the stretch will go towards length gains beyond this. The same thing happens when you train girth at 100%. It is easier to get to 120% from 100% than it is with 80% or less. I still think all other exercises should be done but including a set of erect stretches in would not hurt.

I just can't understand how you guys manage to do erect stretches. When I'm erect, I pull out my glands and I can't feel no stretch at all, because my penis is very tense. How can you guys stretch something that is already... stretched? ?:(

You will not get the stretch you would while flaccid but that is the point of it, erectile tissue is much more dense than when flaccid. When erect all efforts go to break down the tunica, the limiting factor between FS and ES, allowing for the the gap to close. Use plenty of baby powder so there is no slipping.

Erect stretches will help you to even out that gap. It takes time but it surely works.
 
Great erected stretches can also start in bed if you have a special one next to you. If you don't or can't finish in/on that special person, keep going with the PE routines (cwl) I can never finish my erected stretches in front of my lady without being messy.
