I havnt had a girl in like 2 years now, wtf..

How the hell do you guys do it, Its not even about pussy for me, I just want a girl to like me, it feels good, I just want a girl period, One i can hold on too.. I try to shrug it off and pull a DMX attitude and think about me not needing anyone but myself, but it doesnt workin the loneliness is eatin me alive, seriously, I used to be carved outta wood, nothing can stop me, and now when I see posts about you guys gettin laid i envy you seriously, i dont care if you have a small dick.. I'm gettin to emotional.

As.an introvert, I'm cooked. Up till this day, my pickup game is wack. I just focus on myself and only approach women who show interest in me.

I don't know if you already workout but go to the gym everyday for at least 60-90min start with weights then get on treadmill and run and last 6 minutes to 15 minutes power walk down to a slow walk. The running will give you the most insane confidence boost of your life I just started a little over two years ago at age 33 and never thought I could because of asthma if you have asthma just use inhaler or nebulizer before you leave for gym. It actually makes breathing BETTER afterwards it expands your lungs. You don't have to do every single thing in gym I recommend not focus on a few things only for weights then save energy and run like shit. I only do on arm days arm curls, seated chest press, then ab cruncher then treadmill run about 2minpiwer walk and walk about 1mi. Leg days leg press back extension and ab cruncher then same for treadmill. I do come home each day indoor bike 60-90 minutes just for a little extra leg strengthening and mild cardio lighter paced. This though is the least of the confidence boost it mainly comes from the running and weights the running push it out it pushes you to be a guy you aren't afraid to approach women when you want and also makes you think what to say properly. For weights I do strength training not so much body building where you go slow as fuck and highest weight you can do. Go to the machines test them out and when that pin is on like the absolute highest you can do 3 or so reps of, put that pin down about 3 notches. This make this your sets. If you never ran I'd say start walking 3.5mph maybe only this power walk a week or two and then try 3.8mph sprints try a few minutes then try 4mph after a week or so. I got up to 5.5mph it took me around 6-8 months before that just was at 5mph. Now I start everyday walk 30-50 sec on 3.5mph then boost it 5.5mph for 8-9 minutes, drop 5.2moh for 2 minutes, drop to 5mph 2 minutes, drop to 4.7moh 6 minutes then drop to 4.5mph for 5 minutes this puts slightly over 2mi. The confidence boost and energy slowly goes away throughout the rest of the day but not fully and still keep confidence from the weight gains. It is really unbelievable the drive if confidence running gives you it's more than any drug I have abused Adderall for 6 days many many binges nothing will give you the confidence running does it won't give you as much sexual boost but it does give that, not as much multy task ability as stimulants but does do it, but the confidence and knowing what to say it blows stimulants away like crap.
