I've stopped girth work and focusing on length. I follow the technique of twists to prestretch the tunica first with mandingo stretches that I do throughout the day and before I hang. I'm keeping things simple for a while then I'll measure and go from there. I did lose length and I will gain that back so I'll have a jump on length first then make new length gains. I'll follow up though.
I gained half inch in 3months from using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] for 1hour daily doing downward bundled stretches. There are times when I do a 30 mins session but the 30mins X 2 session gave me quick gains.

i have had 20 25 mins sessions to 45 50 mins sessions or the last two months.cant wait to finish the third month n see the results !!
I'm trying to get back on my feet and become consistent with my routine. I've realized that my active posting and comment and reading through the forum daily gives me so much strength for PE. I'm going back to the drawing board. And also, staying away from sex gives me so much concentration for PE especially length work.

I know I have made gains though. Just make sure you wrap well cause that thing is not letting go 
The ability to do the behind the back stretch or even up the back stretch I believe contributes to the awesome gains. Definitly a must have tool for PE. The Only improvement I can think of is to somehow find a way to get the job done other than putting your dick in a vice lol.

And with some kind of belt in it so that you can tighten it, depending on your size.
