I think the problem is most males want to have a leg up in the game. If having a bigger penis then the next guy can give you that advantage why would they want to share the information? It's great there is a community here that assists each other and all work towards a common goal; but could this community be anywhere but online? Honestly, I couldn't imagine talking to my friends about it.. just isn't something socially acceptable...yet.

its just a cultural thing i guess. men are supposed to be ashamed about their dick and not talk about it or lie and say its gigantic and kills women on impact. as an american in europe I thought it was crazy having topless women on billboards and tv, but honestly americans are extremely uptight about sex and view it differently. I dont think everyone should be a whore but i think there is nothing wrong with sexuality either.

Actually very few men can keep pace whit this PE thing because we have to sacrifice a ton of things.....but the benefits are undeniable,we can spend 45,60,2 hrs exercising but i have this bad habit of thinking about PE almost all day long wanting to get bigger,how great PE is,The bros and their advice, is a great thing n how great it is that we have found this PE stuff¡¡:)

There fake numbers I made up for fun:) The world will never really know how many men do PE, for most it is a private thing. I can say for sure that at least 1 million+ men think about doing it because this is how much traffic we get each month of unique visitors.
 
PE got quiet popular on bodybuilding boards.

The thing is that its not easy to hit the gaining zone and its still a rather high risk activity.
After newbie gains PE is more or less a full time dedication investement.

I would say really active PE, in the sense as a lifestyle, are not much more then 25 000.

It will never be mainstream in the near future as the zone for gains, needs much skill and knowledge about your own body.
 
I found the answer, there are 16 men currently doing PE and 7 are thinking about doing it:)
