Like to hear what members have been doing and what is working for them the best. Post any and all tips of the trade or things you do that makes a difference in your routine
 
I have never stuck at it consistently enough to cement gains as i stop after 2-3 weeks (been good lately though) however i have made newbie gains not cemented a few times using manual stretches, DLD Blasters, jelqs and slow squash jelqs.

How exactly do you cement gains anyways? What are the ways you can go back to previous sizes?
I've read a bit about that but I don't get it yet.
 
So far, hanging weights is working the best for me. I have gained a little over an inch this past year. Using a "progressive hanging" approach. I up the weight I use every time I can. When I have a week where I can hang more than a few sets in a row with the same weight for more than two days in a row that week, I know I need more weight. It's simple and it works.
 
Complete noob, but I have observed that the biggest influences on my best workouts and "stretches" and so forth result from two basic things, especially relating to stretching in general.

The more heat, the easier it is to stretch. Period. High heat has a dramatic effect on how much one can stretch with the same amount of given force. As you raise the heat, you can either stretch more with the same effort, or you can stretch to your normal "max" with a lot less effort.

Constant stretching versus "reps" of stretches leads to much better stretching session overall. (Provided you do so with a grip, which I use, or device, which I haven't, that doesn't restrict blood flow too much.) I only stop stretching when I sense any form of numbness or coldness, otherwise I keep stretching throughout that part of my workout. Instead of stopping for "reps" when "fatigued", I simply change angle of stretch while never reducing or stopping the stretch. Instead of "flapping the dick around" to keep blood flowing or to get it going again, I continuously kegel while stretching to keep the blood moving.

I gained my inch from newbie gains. Simple manual stretches and jelqing. I love mandingo stretches right now so that's what is working for me. Good stretch and flaccid hang. Not gonna give up on my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words] Strap Method either. Pumping has my girth tapping the 6 inch mark every time, just gotta cement it. My two pennies.
 
Basic excercises everyday should do it for most people. In the morning do a warmup, stretch, and jelq. Warm up for at least 5 mins max 15 mins. Stretch for at least 10 mins. Max 20 mins as a beginner. Jelq for 10 mins but no more then 20 mins. You should be safe and on your way to better erection quality and gains with just these simple excercises. When you think your ready add something else to the routine. Once you add a good amount of excercises to your routine and it becomes time demanding, start thinking of whats more effective based on your conditioning. Simple and consistent should yield the best results. Have fun.
 
Thanks brother. It just sounds so simple...jelq for 10 minutes a day and you too can have the monster cock you've always dreamed of. Almost sounds like an infomercial lol. I'm not even greedy. Just an inch in both length and girth and I'd have nothing to complain about. But seriously I think that sometimes we need to fail inorder to build that hunger before we can succeed.

Old but, "Rome wasn't built in a day". It takes time and effort to go beyond where your at. Most people can't even finish a solid days work but thank their laziness with fatty food. PE tends not to stop. We want stats update after so many years. Those who stopped PE for a long while, stats update will provide insights on the regression of tissues from the long breaks.

Sorry, I'm new here, was just browsing, I didn't realize. Plus, the topic might be an old post but maybe new information or people adding info can help those of us new. 🤷‍♂️. I just started here so looking for as much info as possible.
