How does one maintain flaccid when exercise calls for flaccid?
Eventually your dick gets used to it. Your brain will begin to distinguish between Penis Enlargement and sexual touching and know the difference, and you'll just stay flaccid for the exercises you need to. In the meantime just be patient and wait for it to go down, then resume exercising.
