I've been conditioning myself since march (stretch only) 10min stretches 4 days a week (2on 2 off)

Then since this month I began with DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]noobie routine[/words] (stretch only) and built up from 1 set to almost 2 sets now and I'm now getting lig ache during my workouts, which lingers after a workout

Is this a bad thing? I wouldn't say its painful, but its uncomfortable and typing this out I know its there.

I can't even do the 3 sets since during a stretch the lig ache is really pronounced and it feels my cock is going to detach (lol) Is this considered fatigue?

Im not sure where to go from here, whether I should back down to 3 days training per week, or push myself through the discomfort.

I honestly don't know how you guys do it, doing lengthy routines with training tools, sitting hours on end in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], doing 20mins of jelqing. Don't you guys experience any pain? I reckon I'd be in agony

PS: Haven't experienced negative PI's (hard flaccid, cold, pain, loss of EQ)

the only time I've experienced a hard flaccid for several hours was when I wore my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at max BPFSL for 10mins, with only a shower as a warmup. I wouldn't have thought it would of caused a negative PI, but it did.

Yeah yeah man, take it easy...i feel the discomfort also sometimes,i just stop the routine...PE should be enjoyable not painfull/uncomfortable.Either do something like 2-3 days on/1 day off or have a better warmup..sometimes when i warm up really good, like 10 min with really hot water my dick is so flexible..the ligs are really warmed up and i can stretch really good without discomfort.Try and see what's working for you.

Also if you're a begginer it's a normal thing..in a few weeks you should get used to it and feel nothing after.

Im already doing 2 days on 1 off (4 workouts a week), and im a warmup god. Usually 15mins before (hot heatpack), 15mins after followed by hot water over my cock for 5mins + a massage, followed by Herbal healing creams for my glands, and the ligs

Its strange how I'm getting lig ache, but no negative PIs... erections are still good, morning woods, arousal etc

I might see what others have to say before I back off to 3 days a week.

Id really like to find out if that "ache" (which is especially pronounced during straight out stretches) is what people call fatigue

When you feel that dull ache in the ligs is a sign you are working them good. When you start your session sore just take it easy the first sets, and they'll get a little better.

You're doing well noob just don't strain your ligs it hurts like a bich.

Keep straching then and ignore the feeling it will go away after some time.

Sounds like you need a break to heal up. 3 sets should not cause that kind of discomfort

Im barely doing 2 sets with adequate warmup/warmdown

and i had a week off about a month ago

I had never tried edging before n yesterday had the first real edging n i had a bit of a ligament pain or something...?:( was ok tough

I think edging is bad because an erection drains chemicals that could be stored for a good PE or being with your wife.

When I abstain from any form of masturbation my for a whole day I can train much easier because of the abundance of nitrous/hormones.

There is no chemicals being drained from having an edging session. And if you have an edging session and wait an hour and fuck your wife. It will be some of the most intense sex ever.

Edging is a tool to teach you to control the erection. Also if appmied together with strenghting it helps you pump in more blood. Which leads to bigger erect lenght.

If we had a tool that could pump in more blood in the penis every day we could grow it in no time.

You can actually learn to pump more blood in to your penis to the point where it starts to hurt. All from the pc flex muscles

Edging is one of the best PE exercises imo ( if you can call edging an exercise ).Especially after girth work , i edge for as long as possible, sometimes even for hours,my god my girth goes crazy..Edging has a lot of benefits besides stoping premature ejaculation. After a PE routine i always edge to keep the tissue extended, extenders, cock rings and other methodes work fine, but having an erection is the best way to keep your penis in an extended position and allow your buddy to heal that way.Edging rocks.

i totally agree it is helping me in my premature ejaculation. I have got involutary kegels damm just makes me cum so fast.

Really loving your posts ChilDsh! I would love to see more men take their time to give the advice you are giving...great work!

and i had a week off about a month ago

When I want to stretch my penis I don't warm up. The reason is because warming up makes my penis too soft to stretch. When I stretch after a warm up, I might injure myself.

Looking back at my bundled broomstick routine, of 60 minutes per day. That was painful/not comfortable at all, but I loved the soreness I remember, and I wanted to do anything to get those gains. In the end of the usage with the broomstick, I thought the skin on my penis would break. So I was forced to take like 2 rest days.

I think you need to be logical about it, increase the intensity as you go and be extremely logical about everything. And do it as effective as possibly, let your skin on your penis heal up sometimes, hydrocortisone cream/ointment is really important for healing and so on... the lengthmaster is good for that, since it feels like you are doing a workout with a "Gymnastic Device". You go in, stretch... and you are done. During this rest everything will heal up...and you can take one rest day per week so it will heal up real good.

Also: PE is never supposed to be comfortable. You need to learn to embrace the good pain.
Be safe about it.
