I can ensure that you will make some sick gains with that. I bet you could double your length if you do it for 12 months and if you at least try to take 0 days off.

might be hard for you to stretch, but you gotta do your best. I myself are using my underwears or a soft towel to get a grip around my penis.

which i on a diet, i have lost 10 pound so far, which i'm 5' 7" and weigh 371 now and wear and 46 in jeans. i know loseing weight would help a great deal

You should seriously get strict to a healthy diet before you start doing any Penis Enlargement whatsoever. Just lose some weight and such things. This might be the wrong forum for you atm.

I disagree, anyone can start pe no matter what the diet they consume and if you know dld's history than you will know what I mean here.

BKF, think small goals firstly and not your longterm goal. For example I'm at 8 inches now and want 9 inches but my next goal is 8.1 and than I will go to 8.2, 8.3 etc.

This is easier to keep the mind in focus and not going to destroy motivation at aiming for high numbers, which can take time than small baby steps.

Whats your routine? if its linked here than post the link, if not than make one please and I will offer some advice to help.

I've known guys on here who've been at under 6 inches length and now they are over 8 inches length, so you can do it.

If your not already, stretch your penile ligaments very intensely indeed and than target the inner tunica.

i have made some gains when i firsted started a few years back i was smaller then i am now. right now i 5 to 7 sets of basic stretching and about 600 dry jelqs. plus i have a pump and some cable clamps so i mix it up from time to time. but i not looking to make alot of gains, but i would like to be 7 x 5.5. but my gf is small and i my head rubs her cervex and and she saying its so big while we are having sex ;). so that makes me good. but i'm not out to hurt her.
