Hey guys I need help with my routine. Ok heres what I was doin for the last month
-warm up 5 min
-manual stretches(help see below)
-pump 10 min
-jelq 5 min
-supra slammers 15reps (20-30min)

before this I did basically just stretches and Jelqing, but i never really took the stretches seriously

Now I was thinkin about changin to phase two program but im really not sure
if ive gained at all coz i started this stuff pretty young so it coulda been like natural growth (puberty) but i know for sure ive gained .25 girth lower shaft.
Ive never really done the stretches properly now i tried doin the dld blasters n i cant get a grip under my glans, so i cant stretch it properly, how hard are u meant to pull?? as hard as you can?

Also should i do phase one or just stick to phase two Im not really sure coz i do have experience like ive dont Penis Enlargement for like 2 years (im 19) but not really seriously.
Another thing is that I think from the jelqs ive made most of my shaft thicker but my upper shaft n glans arent very think compared to the rest thats y i was doin the slammers. Could you guys help me out Im not sure what to do??

nbpel- 6in
eg lower-5.5in
head girth 4.5in
 
If you are gaining girth, as you are, I would say that portion of your routine is perfect. If it ain't broke....blah blah blah

Length is very dependent on stretches. I think you should stick with Phase 1 stretches but take them seriosly this time around, if you are interested in gaining length. Watch the videos to see the proper form on the Audio/Video section of the site. Stretch intensity should be slow and progressive (meaning not jerky) but work up to using all your strength. I used all of my strength when I was stretching and when I added the Power Assist that strength was even stronger and I never suffered an injury.
 
thanks for the reply dld, just somethin else im not sure bout. I'm uncircumsized so when I stretch should I have the foreskin over the glans or not, and what is good for upper shaft/head girth? should I just do supra slammers for that?
