I'ts been a while since I've been to the boards and hate to come back with my hand out asking for something...but I really need help with gains, and I know the folks here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] don't mind helping people out.

The short of it is that I have been into Penis Enlargement for about 5 years and have honestly not made the gains that I wanted in that time frame. I might have gained about .5 inches in girth and .5 inches in length (however the length could have been fat pad loss or me measuring correctly). Right now I would like to start seeing some gains. I know Penis Enlargement works, but it is not working to well for me.

So what do I need to do at this point to start gaining? I have my hands, a pump, and some clamps...plenty of tools to get some good Penis Enlargement. I have done everything from light Penis Enlargement to heavy sessions, I have gotten my girth from 5 inches to 6 inches in just one session by clamping and pumping...however the gains have not cemented at all. I don't think that expansion is the key, because all it does is fill the tissues with blood and fluid with no real break down of tissue, so I assume that jelqing is really the key for tissue break down. I have done all day clamping keeping myself engorged throughout the day. I have done rest days, I have done Penis Enlargement everyday type sessions. Nothing really seems to be doing the job. Redzulu did give me really great advice about quality over quantity and making sure I rest to heal, which I still plan on following. I would say that I am still pretty conditioned and can take a beating, but I don't think that is the answer either. I get pretty tired from doing super long sessions and not seeing anything happen.

Any help would be appreciated greatly.
 
First, helping out a non-gainer is like helping a legless man walk, it is a flawed way of thinking from the start. You NEED to start seeing yourself as a gainer, this is half the battle.

Since you have a pump I suggest using the DLD [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters for your girth routine. This routine not only brings expansion but utilizes the expansion by breaking down tissue using the Slow Squash Jelqs. IMO, there is nothing more powerful.

As far as length is concerned I suggest you do the DLD Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Stretches for the warm up to your length routine. This type of stretch is called Expressive Stretching. This type of stretch is intended to release internal penis and prepare it to be stretched via various manual stretches. I would suggest using Basic Stretching in the beginning stages (maybe 4 weeks). From there we can change up and intensify what you are doing for stretches.
