I started Penis Enlargementing a month and a half ago, using a SizeDoctor [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] but have found manual stretching far superior. My starting stats:

BPFSL: ~6.8 in.
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.5-6.75 depending on EQ
EG: Unk., no tape measure

As I have tried different things, I found a manual stretch here that I find extremely effective - I think it's called the Mandingo stretch. I've been careful not to rip my dick off, and here are my current stats:

BPFSL: 7.5
BPenis EnlargementL: 6-6.5

I shit you not. Vets, is this a classic case of tunica overtraining? The shorter BPenis EnlargementL is obviously EQ related. Since starting, I have measured myself at 6.9 BPenis EnlargementL. When I saw that, I got excited and started overtraining.

Please, I look to you for guidance - how should I shift my training to suit my current needs?
 
I see that you're new to Penis Enlargement. What is your routine?
I would advise you to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] or to lessen maximum fatigue of your current routine.
Do what works for you in producing gains and keep an eye on EQ. Jelqing and kegels will help to improve EQ.
BPFSL > BPenis EnlargementL is common in Penis Enlargement.
 
Great advice so far! There is usually a difference between the two measurements. Two things that really help with closing the gap between the two is erect stretching and low load [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work.

Does the BPFSL of 7.5 show promise? How long do you think it will take for my BPenis EnlargementL to catch up?

Also, if I stop the Mandingo stretches, will my tunica shrink? I don't want to decrease my BPFSL. Also I've read that if I let my tunica shrink it will toughen up.

Big time progress! I gained in flaccid bone-pressed length before erect length and eventually it was converted...the same will happen for you.
 
I was like that I was closing in on 9" BPFSL and I never had an erection that long. Unfortunately I had to stop my hardcore routine that got me there but now that I know it is possible I know I am already there.

May I ask why you had to stop your hardcore routine?
 
I took a rest day, and just now measured BPenis EnlargementL 7.1. Hell yeah! Finally starting to feel big. Now I'm going to focus on girth for a bit. I won't go above 8x6 because I don't want to hurt anyone but I think I'll be happy at 7.5.
