Mid girth 5.0

I'm focusing on length but I will do a few SSJs /clamping for girth. With hanging I'm doing 2lbs for 20m 3x a day this week. We'll see how it goes - I'll check back in a few days

17/05/17 - 20min x 2 with 2lbs
18/05/17 - 20min x 2 with 2lbs
19/05/17 - 20min x 1 with 2lbs

About a year ago I used the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] for about 3 hrs a day for two weeks and gained half an inch erect length but made the glans really sore so I had to quit, and since then I've lost all the gains. This routine is safer and way more realistic lol

Exactly. Bundles are an exercise that should be done before every workout whether it is length or girth. What this does is pre-stretch the extremely dense Tunica and allow for much better gains. Read into the original Bundles Thread.

Also when I hang, sometimes I can feel the outer skin being stretched as well as the ligaments and stuff - is that a problem or should I try and avoid stretching the skin? Anyway it's going good just need to clock in the hours

Simply twist the hanger to the desired bundle and let it hang in that position. Just be sure to be even and bundle both ways.

Anyway I missed a few days but will do 3 sets a day and measure in around a month

5 minutes at the beginning of every workout will expedite the gains big time!

Yesterday I measured NBPEL and got about 6.3 but only had like 90% erection. I think I'm closer to 6.5" with full erection. Each week I go up 1lb. Soo i still got 1.5inch to gain and I hope to get that in the next few months, then i can focus on girth. Tomorrow i move up to 6lbs weight for 4 sets. I'll use 6lbs for the next week. I'm not feeling too much fatigue with just 5lbs anymore so looking forwards to tomorrow. I been kind of busy lately and neglected pe a bit and only did 1/2 sets of hanging a day. Last few days ive been hitting the target of 4 sets a day with 4-5 hours wearing [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. I'm hanging 10lbs now. No problems but I'm feeling so much fatigue... No pain but the fatigue is intense. Is that a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words]? With good erection quality I measure about 6.4/6.5 NBPEL so I have gained so far. Do you guys have any advice with the weights I'm using. Could use any sort of advice/tips. Thanks guys
 
Since you are gaining continue to do what you are doing....do not fix something that is not broke!

Fatigue is a great time to take advantage and get even more length work in.

I want to start combining different exercises too. I did bundled stretches for 6 months consistently.

I think you should at least get in the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch, this is going to benefit your flaccid hang big time!
