Hair all the way up shaft

Hi guys,I am new here,but I have been reading this and other forums for a few months,I want to know,does ipl help with discoloration from pe?
They describe as making your skin lighter and clearing brown spots,I think I even heard tattoos,yet I couldnt find anything related about discoloration and ipl here in this forum,not even someone asking about it.

I am doing pe for about 3 months,well actually for about 2 and a half since I stopped a bit,I have gained about 1 cm,1.5cm in a good day which was amazing,but I had some dark spots from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words],pretty sure its from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] since the spots are exactly where the red dots would appear,only this time the didnt go away just turned dark brown.

I also have hair up my shaft so is ipl safe to use on your cock?what should I know beforehand?is it safe to use one alone at home?

IPL does kinda clear up brown areas for me. Though IT HURTS LIKE HELL if you hit any discolored skin so I tend to avoid those areas. Also I'm not entirely sure about whether using IPL can affect sensitivity, especially in those spotty areas where it would presumably be burning up capillaries. There are some threads on here about creams which are probably a better idea.

Jury is still out on that. For me, I do it, it hasn't stopped the growth yet but it grows much slower.
 
I still have to use this Silk N Flash IPL for maintenance. I hadn't used it for a while and overall got pretty hairy pretty fast. So I would say that it does retard the growth, but damn I have to keep using it and it hurts like hell on the high setting.

I'm thinking about other methods, like perhaps threading and just getting the pain over with one time.
 
I finally did a waxing. Well, it took two attempts, but looks good to go.

For most hairs on the shaft I did it in 1/2" x 1/2" sections.

For hairs lower and along the balls, I did do some 1/2" x 3" strips.

On my first attempt I felt every pluck and after a few patches I put it away and didn't try again until a week later. I think it is important that your hair is around 1/4" in length, so I think that delay made my second attempt work a lot better.

Today I spent over an hour doing the whole area. I still struggled with the application and pain of removal, but then it got much easier. By the end, I was doing some pretty hefty sections all along the shaft & balls with no problem.

Just hold the skin taught. There may be a little blood on some follicles, esp the ones on the balls.

If I don't shave, my hair grow along my penis up to mid shaft. This is proof that I stretched out the inner penis. Also, the part where my balls sack attach to my penis has moved forward as well. When I'm erect, the part where my balls sack joins my penis moves close to mid shaft.

I don't think it is holding back any gain. I think the right curve I have is what is holding back length gains. But I'm quite satisfied with my current length size. What I need now is the 7 inches mid shaft girth.

I have the same hair going up my shaft. I need to shave once per day. Imagine if you would not shave. It would be a really hairy penis.
