Red, thanks again for the routine! I've finished my first "length" day and my first "girth" day. All things considered, I think it went pretty well.
My initial observations are that I agree with DLD's comment I read somewhere that "Penis Enlargement is a sport". I can see already that there is something of an art to this...working to understand your personal intensity levels and such. Particularly on the length exercises, I could really feel the ligaments getting pulled in ways I never have before. Good stuff.

If your thought when coming into P.E. is "how long will this take", then you will be highly disappointed because you're assuming it IS going to work. If it so easy there would not be so many threads on guys frustrated with their progress and giving up. Every one of the guys on here have given up at least once.
