I've been doing the simple routine for the last week and its pretty good for length. I believe its quick and effective but I'd like to hear what you guys think..

10-15 min erect jelq

When you're a newbie, you just can't beat the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words].
You'll gain experience AND conditioning while learning about the Penis Enlargement (newbie) basics.

I like feeling intensity when I stretch and besides BTC I don't get that with the newbie stretches. I'll give em a shot if you think its that beneficial.

Out of curiosity, why do you think this is? Did you do them for a long time previously? Is it a grip issue? Have you tried doing them while reverse kegeling in a kind of all around DLD Blaster?

I think its because I'm not directly hitting the inner penis like I do with BTC, im just stretching the shaft...at least that's what it feels like..I will try them with reverse kegals.

I think that sometimes men may be looking for a particular, consistent feeling we share in doing Blasters which may not exist. Some men may not feel them as others but history states that most men who use them gain, regardless of the feeling post stretching. Behind the Cheeks are really the bomb when it comes to ligaments and an exercise I put forth that completely negates the theories in LOT. No man will go without ligamental gains if he practices BTC stretches, there is really no limit to the gains but time we have.
