It has has been happening more frequently so I had through I just needed to shave my pubic hair. I did that, but it's been happening more and more. I lost the seal completely 3 times during today's session. Is there a secret between pumping to get more pressure and pumping to release the seal against the body I'm not picking up on?

It should have a good seal that way.
The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] is majorly flawed in my opinion, it loses the seal all the time unless you go full package (which you are absolutely not suppose to do according to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] officials). It's even worse if you are in the shower, then the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] is almost unusable in the normal way and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] doesn't seem to care or even comment about it.
Not sure why it is so extremely wide either, 11 inches girth is way more than anyone I've ever seen.

Vampire above speaks of using Vaseline. Sounds like an option to try and will do so . My only reservation is that the Vaseline will damage the rubber of the seal.

Just use it straight out or a little down to compensate for the bevel or chamfer on the bottom side. If your testicles ride high be careful when inserting yourself. Make sure that you have pulled them out of the way as much as possible before starting to pump. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] will want to suck them in.

If I went in soft, then I had FR from the base up half the shaft tapering off about 3/4 from the base. This time it was firm and looking good,expanded but not soft and spongy. I haven't had access to the net for a few days so I'll be trying closing my thighs and if that fails I'll buy some vaseline.

Absolutely nothing is different. I will completely lose the seal when pumping at random at least twice per session, usually around 14-18 minutes in and around 22-25 in. Typically it happens just as I start to get some decent pressure and feel good expansion taking place, but nothing is different when I lose the seal. I had an idea that it might have been some kind of fail safe if I had somehow reached maximum pressure and tried to pump again, but losing the seal at 4 minutes killed that theory. I have no idea what the problem is. If I'm doing something wrong I want to fix it. I decided to play it safe and got Eucerin instead of vaseline. Both have the same active ingredients, but I know from experience that Eucerin is more resistant to water. It went right into the seal when I put it on and started eating away at it right away. After applying a small amount it was visibly thinner, so I don't recommend anyone else try it. This did not even help, as I lost the seal at the 10 and 24 minute mark. Tried Vaseline today for poops and giggles. Lost the seal at 22 minutes and got almost no pressure before that. Got okay pressure the second time and pushed it to 40 minutes when the seal broke again. Overall, no better than using it bareback. I'm open to suggestions.
