Yes, all the girth exercises will increase your flaccid girth. I don't think there is "specially for erect" or "specially for flaccid" girth exercises. Once mitosis starts taking place- your penis will hold more and more blood and therefore increase its size in whatever state it is (erect or not) :)

At least that's how I understand it, there might be other opinnions here :)
 
No, i know that girth work is going to increase your flaccid girth, i mean are there any exercises I can do while flaccid that also work girth?
 
Yes I believe V-stretches, inverted V-Stretches, A-Stretches, Blasters, bundled stretches, Bundled Mandingo stretches and other stretches that stress and stretch the tunica will indirectly lead to girth gains. But for best results I still believe its best to include what we call "girth" exercises such as Uli's, Supra Slammers, squeezes, clamped sessions, etc
 
Yea i'm still gonna clamp and do proper girth sessions. I just like to do extra stretches in the shower, before i piss, etc throughout the day. I do lots of bundled stretches and reach deep into my ligaments to pull the extra penis that's hidden away out. It feels great to be back into Penis Enlargement
 
honestly when i do a simple jelq i prefer to be flacid to start and only get filled by the blood i push in. its more of a stretch like this for me, i dont want more girth really. also, i dont have any proof of this and have never read it but when you get an erection from sexual stimulation it uses resources and releases stuff linke n.o. i think... anyway i felt like trying to do the jelqing and stretchi.g witbout hitting that trigfer to get a boner is better imo. i dont want to train my body to need extreme presures to get hard. its counterproductive. i can get to my maxfillage just by manualy pumping the blood in but it obviously takes longer to get there a at some point it hits the boner button and ill edge instead or stop.
