Hello guys,i stopped gaining girth recently. I was doing 10 minutes jelging at 50-70 erection for 2 months with very nice results (maybe look like no-routine at all,but trust me it was great), now i am thinking of doing 20 minutes jelging,but after i tried this for couple of days, it's like 10 minutes give me more results.I am training every day...not every other...Can u help me?

LHD and Jam have picked the 2 greatest girth gainers that don't require much equipment. Highly recommend them both. SSJs and clamped exercises of really any sort. One or both of them can easily increase my girth by half an inch or more temporarily. Start the clamping slow if you go that route
