Even though I've been doing Penis Enlargement for many, many years, I still have a problem incorporating girth work into lengthening routines. Right now I've been focusing primarily on length. I start by either doing a 20 min hanging set with 10-12 lbs, or else some manual stretching, though I find them painful. But I've just ordered a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and want to incorporate girth work as well, but I'm not sure how that works.
It's important to get and maintain an erection for effective girth work and at 54, I find that easier in the morning. Don't know why. Maybe test levels are higher in the morning. Anyway, if I do what I used to do (jelq, uli's, bends and then clamping sets) I get quite a pump. And, I expect, even more so in conjunction with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. But then, after getting all pumped up girthwise, why whould I want to detract from that pump by stretching? Theoretically, you want to maintain that pump as long as possible, maybe incorporating a cock ring or something. But then, that means you don't do any length work till maybe evening, or not at all that day. Now I guess this might not be so bad if you just did girth on alternate days. But is that enough? Is a solid girth workout every 2nd day sufficient for gains? Maybe even preferrable?
DLD, SWM, RED and others, how do you work this out? I've thought about doing the girth work in the evening, but after stretching all day I don't know if my dick's up to it. I guess I could do some vitamin V, as I have an ample supply of that. But I don't think it's healthy and maybe even unsafe.
Any thoughts guys?
