You will see plenty of length gains but you most likely will not find girth gains (aside from base girth) The [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] is a length tool. Since it can be used at night, with mastery, you could go 24 hours a day. But, in the beginning, start gentle and progressively work up to 100% intensity over a good week or so.

The longer worn with great intensity will bring gains fastest. There really is no plateau on tools as there is on exercise since intensity can be continuously increased. The [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] will not increase head size but there are exercises that will help with this. Do a search for head expansion and you will find a bunch.

I do believe the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] pumping will increase head size especially if when you are pumping you are also doing kegels to assure you are bringing as much blood to the head as possible. Another good exercise is Head Expansion Squeezes. These are very simple to do, get yourself to 100% erect, kegel in as much blood to the head as possible then squeeze it out and repeat. These will heal gain head size n an enlargement sense but it will also allow you to subconsciously kegel during sex which makes the head much larger.

No, the idea of this exercise is to squeeze blood out and flush the penis with new blood to deflate and inflate the glans. You could go with Head Expansion Holds, like you are describing that would also be a head enlargement exercise.

Help me out guys I don't think I'm using this effectively only did one hour for first time slight redness, little lump and ring where the bottom of the sleeve was that's normal though right.

What tiny bar are you talking about? Also is the sleeve supposed to go to the bottom of the shaft. Did you happen to look at those pictures does that look right
