Hi everybody, I've been Penis Enlargementing for the last week and I find it great. I've learned to stretch properly, while jelqing seems too much of a problem for me. I'm considering to get a circumcision, but until then I probably won't follow a strict jelqing routine, I'll just jelq now and again, when I have time to do it properly.

What I'm wondering is, is it possible for me to gain a whole inch (I'm 6" even and I'd like to get to 7") in length by doing just stretches? Is it likely to happen in 6 months?



My current routine is this:

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds

Behind The Cheeks: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks: 30-seconds

Straight Out to the Center A-Stretch: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center A-Stretch: 30-seconds

Bundled A-Stretch: 30-seconds
Bundled A-Stretch: 30-seconds



I don't do the exercises in the same order, but I usually change it up. Anyway, I do this routine 2-3 times a day.

Looks like a great routine, but if you want, maybe you'd like some Jelq advice from a uncut guy? There has been a number of thread about uncut jelquing and everyone on those concluded on the dry jelq being easy when uncut...
 
im uncut, i just use plenty of lube - takes a while to get used to the feeling. and i always get fluid build up. p.s. might wanna add some rotary stretches in that - find i get a great stretch off them.

me too...rotary streches really work it good..its kinda like the same thing as shoulder streches where you swing your arms around getting a really good lig sretch.rofl
 
Or just hang man. Don't bother straining your arms. You'll get an inch in a few months garanteed if you hang longer than say 45 mins a day with a personally heavy weight. Check out the hangers section.

believe the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] was designed for a reason. you need to condition your penis into working out. if your penis has never been under any stress ie stretching etc. you could damage it. and you dont want that to happen you only have 1 penis!

all i did was. wet jelqs, stretches, kegels, some dry jelqs, loads of warming up and down.
 
Erm yeah, maybe they're right. Hanging IS very intense, but what i ment by a "personally heavy weight" was something probably very light for you, like 1kg or so. Rethinking it, you should train for a few months get to know your penis, get it in shape, get to know the basics well, before you start hanging. Its a whole different ball game.
