Ok, so I’ve been doing some researching on what this is, and I think I’ve found some good info. It seems like it is a thickening of the tunica, on top of and between the corups cavemosum.

No matter how much you pull it, you could be at 50%max on the string, the steel wire just won’t go any further. The difference between 100% maximum stretch and 110% stretch (to the point where you hurt yourself), could be at max 1 mm.
To deal with this thing, the most common way seems to be to do heated fulcrum
hanging. Heat your penis for 20 minutes, attatch
hanger, and then pull it over a drumsticksized rod, and keep heating it with rice sock, IR lamp or whatever. I think I’ve found a more efficient and intense way, but I’d like some input from others trying it. Anatomy tells me that when the corpus cavemosum (sponges) get filled with blood, they expand, and thereby expanding the tunica. Now, here’s what I’d like some input on, if I’m spot on or far out.
1: Get erect, around 90%, so you can bend the penis ever so slightly, but not rubbery or flaccid in any way. Sort of like trying to bend a plastic ruler. Clamp off, and keep at this level.
2: Grab somewhere on your penis, with an OK sign, the OK closest to the base, and the rest of the palm on top of the penis, your pinkyfinger furthest toward the head.
3: Now, bend your dick downwards, creating an angle/kink/bend on the penis. I’m preeeettty certain that this is the top of the tunica stretching like mad, and you should feel an intense burning.
