Ive been lurking for 3 weeks, reading and absorbing as much info as possible. The stories have been inspirational. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] has taught me so much and given me the confidence to start my own journey of Penis Enlargement.

I'm doing a light routine to start, mainy consisting of manual stretching, jelqs and kegals.

Within a couple months I plan to move on to a more advanced routine in which I'd like to start hanging and possibly wearing a [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] while at work to help with extension.

I would highly suggest that you make your Penis Enlargement very structured as you would with any new endeavor where you're seeking predictable results. In that vein, I'd suggest doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for the next three months with one BPenis EnlargementL measurement every 30 days. Otherwise you run the risk of not being able to pinpoint why you're gaining/not gaining.

I have been keeping detailed records and will take your advice on 30 day comparisons.

Measurement increases will come with time. My focus is on learning my body and what feels right. As well as what I feel comfortable doing.

Know thyself! This is such an important part of the penis enlargement process. You words ring true!
 
I've been aquireing the parts to assemble a Snake Hanger.

I may do some trial runs with it once I feel I've experimented with a few wrapping techniques and find one that I like.

Please note: These trial runs will be done in short sets with very light weight, mainly to test the fit of the device, effectiveness of the wrap and to become more familiar with the technique.

Just over 30 days...

Still going at it. My workout intensity has increased and things feel great. EQ is up even though that's never really been an issue. I feel and see flaccid gains, but will not measure until 3 months is up.

Excellent to hear! 60 more days can bring some massive changes. I made incredible gains in my first 6 months (! only measured after 6 months) so I am not sure when I gained it. But I bet I gained an inch in 3 months.
 
Wednesday I will be starting a fixed routine and following it religiously for 4 weeks.

This routine will be slightly more intense than the routine I've been doing but not significantly.


The routine is as follows:

Penis Enlargement - Sat,Sun,Wed, Thu
Off days- Mon, Tue, Fri

AM-
20 min LAS warm- up
Manual stretches each direction, 1 minute each direction. 2 sets of these
20 minutes x 5lb hanging - 1 set

All day when free- Manual Stretches

PM-
20 min LAS warm up
2 x 10min clamping w/ cuff clamp
Edging and Horses while clamped
Jelqs in between sets
10 minutes jelq cool down

4 weeks can mean a big gain if you stick with this routine and remain consistent!!= What are your hopes gainwise over the month?
 
It's been a while since I posted last.

I'm still at it and things are going well. Recently started using more heat and have had great results.

Here's my current routine.

Week 1
Mon- 15 min heat, 5lbs x 3,10 min jelq, 20 min heat
Tue- 15 min heat, 30 min dry jelq, squeeze, clamp, edge. 20 min heat
Wed- 20 min heat, 5lbs X 3, 10 min jelq, 20min heat
Thu- 15 min heat, 30 min dry jelq, squeeze, clamp, edge. 20 min heat
Fri- 15 min heat, 5lbs X 3, 10 min jelq, 20 min heat

WEEK 2
Mon- 15 min heat, 30 min dry jelq, squeeze, clamp, edge. 20 min heat
Tue-15 min heat, 5lbs X 3, 10 min jelq, 20min heat
Wed- 15 min heat, 30 min dry jelq, squeeze, clamp, edge. 20 min heat
Thu- 15 min heat, 5lbs X 3, 10 min jelq, 20 min heat
Fri- 15 min heat, 30 min dry jelq, squeeze, clamp , edge. 20 min heat

BPenis EnlargementL - 7.0
EG- 5.0
 
Newest measurements are:

7.2 BPenis EnlargementL
5.25 MEG

3 days a week clamping, dry Jelqs, edging. 30-40 minutes total. Heat after.

2 days a week hanging SO.
3-4 sets of 20 minutes with 10lbs.
