I never really packed anything but just went up in cylinder diameter because I felt the need to give the base more space once just the base packed the bottom of the cylinder.

I don't know how this works but I went up in cylinder sizes throughout my pumping career but when I go back to the Utimi the expansion looks the same as during my very first pumping session. Let's me doubt my supposed gains of course. Maybe the entry diameter of that cylinder is just too small to allow the base to fully spread. Anyway the Utimi is just too uncomfortable due to the small cross section of the flange.
