I think a lack of protein can cause a lack in growth and erection quality. I also think that protein is extremely important in healing. For PE and getting the smallest fat pad I try to stick with Proteins and Complex Carbs, this helps me with muscle building and keeping my metabolism going. In addition I also suggest low impact aerobic exercise like boxing, walking, biking, etc. 20 minutes a day is perfect. Rest his also important in this so be sure to get at least 7-8 hours a night. Also, drink as much water as you can this will help with many things in loosing the fat pad and exposing more penis. Currently I am at 201 with a fat pad of about 1.5". I started my
weight loss 6 months ago at 220 with a fat pad of 2". My goal is 180 with a fat pad of 1/2". With this exercise I may be able to reduce the pad to 1/4" which is what it is when I weigh 145-150 but at 185 I will need to spot train.
