Hello friends,i've been talking to my urlogist lately and he gave me this list of foods to avoid / eat if you want to have the best EQ and don't get ED later on.

Avoid

1)Hamburgers/foods with a lot of unhealthy fats.

Fast food,MCdonalds,KFC,they are all really bad for your overall health,they can give you ED ( higher diabetes risk = poor EQ/even ED ).

Same thing as 1) , you increase your type 2 diabetes risk , can affect your EQ hard.

Like the thread but I love cheeseburgers too much to really want to listen. Especially with bacon. And who doesn't have fries with a cheeseburger? With a ton of salt. Maybe even make them cheesy fries with chunks of steak in it. And then a home made mcflurry style desert. Wash it down with some bourbon. The whole damn list of bad stuff sounds like a great meal.

It's obviously hard to argue that eating healthier wouldn't be an improvement to pretty much all aspects of your body. And smoking is only really a hell of a way to declare you'd rather be dead. Alcohol shouldn't be a huge problem though unless you're talking binging or daily drunkenness. Alcohol does kinda clean up your blood stream in low doses or occasional use. Certainly not the best way to achieve a little cleaning, but it's something.

I notice when I'm stuffed I have a harder time with eq. Just makes me a little nauseous at that point. Alcohol can go both ways really. If I'm totally hammered then yea. Otherwise it's about 50/50 between lowered eq and raging. Depends on the mood I guess.

I had rock hard erection too,until a few months ago.Then i stopped eating all the shit and my EQ is back again...This is the nature of the man lol,he won't believe until it happens to him....you won't believe sugar is bad for you..until you get diabetes..you won't believe cigarets are bad for you..until you got lungs problems...and so on..and then,it will be too late..i had some medical issues ( nothing bad thank God ) because of my eating habit..I would eat shitty food,tons of sugar,coca-cola etc,same thing,i would say to myself : " This won't cause me any harm " until my stomach got fucked up..then i wish i wouldn't have eaten all that junk food...Better prevent something,than regret later.

Another incredible article! Thank you for this as it has educated me to things I did not know. My weight loss has been going well but these tips will help me lose even more. I have not even started exercising yet!
 
There needs to be a balance. For example, you need good bacteria to fight and balance out the bad bacteria. Imagine if a woman does not have a period or the men's erection does not subside. There is a Ying and Yang in everything.

So YES, we need junk food and healthy good food too.

Red Meat? Sorry, but I won't buy that until you deliver me some thorough explanation (or a link with reliable info). Red meat is full of creatin, vit b12 and protein with a high degree of biological availability. I don't need to explain why protein is important for Eq, do I?
btw: "bad" fats (that is saturated fats) also have positive effects (besides the undeniably bad ones if taken in in high amounts) on your EQ insofar as they help to produce an anabolic climate in your organism, thus pushing the testosterone level.
A balanced diet is much healthier than any vegetarian or even vegan diet.

Nowdays no meat is good,even the clasic chicken breat is full of shit.But red meat is even worst .Believe what you want to believe,i was told my 2-3 doctors and 1 nutritionist,red meat is the worst.If you like meat,stick with chicken breat and fish.

This is exactly what I said.
And yes, you're right: there are a lot of antibiotics and steroids pumped into commercial meat products which is bad in any case. But that also holds true for pesticides in veggies and GMO as well (in the States this is way worse than here in Europe where legal restrictions concerning chemical and genetic manipulation of nutrition are much more rigid, at least yet). We don't get around this shit as long as we don't buy from bio farms only (which is just not possible for many because of financial or logistic reasons).

Your first post just suggests that red meat per se is bad which just isn't true.

Vegans get that "missing" protein thats in meat. It's there already. There's no excuse to not turn vegetarian or vegan. The reason people say that veganism or vegetarianism has a missing protein is because they don't want you to become a vegan or vegetarian. There are reasons why "scientists" say this. I don't want to discuss why because it would mean exposing government direction. But know that you need to do your research better.

Animals does not have the same body as we , humas do.

Japanese fish is very healthy,they catch it from the ocean/sea directly,the fish you buy from the supermarket is full of shit.

In general a healthy diet will help you in so many ways..fruits,vetetables,lean meat ( chicken,fish ) , tons of water ,etc.They will not only benefit your PE life ( increase blood flow,gain faster ,keep good erections,etc ) , they will benefit your entire body in so many way.If you give your body McDonalds every day,maybe you won't see a difference now,but in time bad things could happen...my ex math teacher used to eat at McDoland's twice a day , after 10 years of eating like that,he got diabetes,heart problems,and he might suffer from cancer.Diet is so important.

-Whole grain - You have to have it in your diet.

The best diet you could ever have.I hear those guys every day : " it doesn't matter what you eat bla bla bla ".You must be really stupid to believe that.In a long run fast food will destroy your body.If you want to eat bad food,eat it with moderation.When i go out with friends,sometime i will have a McDonald's menu,i love it lol.It's so tasty.But that doesn't mean i eat it everyday.Maybe once a month.

Not having enough protein and other vitamins if your body will slow down gains. . We need a healthy diet to build up that new tissue we want , so we can gain.A person with a healthy diet will gain 2x faster than a guy eating McDonalds everyday.No point in speaking about blood flow,because if you eat junk food,that might slow the blood flow ( read the first page to see those foods ).

Exercise is also very important to keep a healthy body and good penile health.Do at least 30 min - 1 h of exercise a day.It doesn't have to be intense.A light run,some light H.I.I.T training,even a 1 h walk,it's really good for you.I have read somewhere,walking 20 h a week will decrease the posibility of you dying by 40% ( by natural causes ofc ).

And the last one,that's my granpa's secret.Green tea.You won't believe how healthy green tea is.Amazing.It's probally the healthies drink out there.It proven by science that green tean can lower cancer risk,Heart Disease,diabetes,it can can improve brain function and make you smarter,could protect your brain in old age ( a lower risk of alzheimer and parksinon ) and the list can go on.This drink is literally God on Earth :).Oh yeah i forgot to mention,this drink will make you lose weight too ! It will boost your metabolism,making you lose weight faster.
Both of my grandparents used to drink green tea all day long,since they were 20,grandma is 82,grandpa is 87,both of them incredible healthy and active.Damn,i think my grandpa's body is more atheltic than mine :).

Having a healthy lifestyle will benefit your PE life so much:

-It will keep your EQ at its finest
-It will help you gain faster and more
-It will reduce the fatpad , since you don't eat junk food all day long,you will lose weight = no fatpad = bigger penis visually.

I think its safe to say anything Americanized is harmful to you :s. The globalists are poisoning us especially because were the most boss nation, and need to be crippled asap mongy quick
