I wonder if a plastic surgeon could "nip & tuck" a bad turkey neck??
I've got a bit of a turkey neck goin on too. Most of it I think I had before I started any Penis Enlargement. Hopefully my cock will "grow into it".

Turkey neck is created when Penis Enlargementers continuously stretch their skin forward, or by bad circumcisions that remove so much of the skin of the penis that the scrotum is pulled upwards by tension. You can have the excess surgically removed, or you can do some foreskin restoration to add skin and relieve the tension that is pulling your scrotum up.

Is there such a thing as a circumcision being done that tightly? If so, and the balls were riding high on the hog, so to speak, I don't think there'd be any turkey neck present at all since the skin would be so tight. Wouldn't it?

In foreskin restoration, aren't you pulling your shaft skin foward over the glans and taping it there? When an infant is circumcized, isn't the foreskin pulled foward and snipped or something? So then wouldn't doing "FR" result in making the balls "ride high" on the shaft as in a "tight circumcision", thus creating a turkney neck like you said it would? If you're already circumcized, there's much less skin to work with, so by stretching it to regenerate a foreskin wouldn't you just be replicating the "high balls" effect of a tight circumcision? Even if it did, I can't see how a turkey neck would be created since all that skin would be tight.
To not get a turkey neck, I don't see how stretching more skin could be an answer. I think the best way to keep it from worsening would be to "tie back" your scrotum with a soft string or one of those ponytail thingies to keep that skin outta the exercises and keep it from being pulled into a jelq stroke.

Godsize, next time you have a woody, grab your penis and pull the skin forward, toward your glans as far as possible. Pull it far enough and your scrotum will come forward with it. This is what its like for someone who was tightly circumcised when they get an erection. Now, grab it and pull the skin back away from the glans as far as possible. Your scrotum, you will find, has moved back into position, where it is supposed to be. This simulates a couple inches of added skin from foreskin restoration techniques.
To restore your foreskin with taping, you do pull the skin forward over the glans and tape it there. The tension of your penis pushing forward against the restricting tape causes tissue expansion to occur. Your skin will lengthen in an attempt to alleviate the tension. When you stop taping, you find that you have new skin, which will give you a little more slack and allow your scrotum to move back to where it is supposed to be.

I've been wearing a home-made ball stretcher for about the past three days (during the day only), and I'm already seeing a slight improvment. It keeps the turkey neck stationary so it can't pull up when you stretch. It also emphasizes the turkey neck when pulling your balls down during testicle health.

Yves is the one that actually came up with the idea. Just measure how much you can stretch your scrotum, from the base of your dick to the top of your balls, then cut up an old leather wallet to that width. I just glued some velcro to the appropriate spots to act as the fastener. I figured they'd be easier to install than a snap, and there's absolutly no concern about metal detectors... at least until I install some copper and zinc strips so it acts like another ROP. Jason, that sounds like turkey neck to me. If I stretch my flaccid out as far as possible, my scrotum attaches to the shaft about 3 1/2" up. It's really gross, and makes my penis look smaller than it actually is. Turkey neck is not like your entire balls are hanging from the attachment point, but there is a kind of flappy webbing that goes from the shaft to the sack. My balls hang where they're supposed to, it's just that the sack attaches too far up my dick.

By the way, do you think that the turkey neck is something that'll be stretched to a certain point, then eventually stop spreading? Like, will your dick eventually "outgrow" the turkey neck?

I think the only real cure for it is tissue expansion. Either hang weight like Supra, to pull it downwards, or do FR. You have to do something to increase the length of your shaft skin and push that flap backwards toward where it is supposed to be.
From my own personal observations, I think I could eliminate mine within 6 months if all I did was FR, but I Penis Enlargement too and every time I create some extra shaft tissue I stretch my dick out and take up the slack. Not complaining, mind you. I will deal with the turkey neck after I grow my dick as big as I want it to be.

Are you sure that turkey neck is ballskin pulled foward, and not actual shaft skin that has been stretched? I think it's a combination of both.
