Hey every1.
I've figured out a couple of girth exercises, which i will be posting soon. They're Amazingly fast, and I hope they help those in need for girth.

That being said, here's my first clamping picture.

Thanks alot RED for all the info and help. I will be keeping you guys updated. I'm starting a 2 month Length/Girth Routine, to see if its indeed possible or not gain both simultaneously. Apparently the veterans say its best to keep the seperate, but we'll see.

Please comment on ur experiences. How have you gained? seperately? or simultaneously doing both?

no offense but that looks totally unhealthy.i've clamped up to an hour at a time and never ever did it get that dark.

I'm middle eastern, so I'm dark naturally. and my dick's usually always dark, specially if i get really hard. I dunno why =(. its at least 3 shades darker than my skin color
 
Mine is the same way, ever since I started Penis Enlargement. I am caucasian though and my dick is always a dark red. I'd like to hear about your new clamping exercises, I know I could use them.

I'm writing them all out in detail with pics and when it's done i will be posting them.


one of them is this.

I used to do this with one hand clamping at the base (with an inverted or over hand grip.. with your pinky pointing away from your body) but now i do it with a cable clamp at the base. i go on the edge of a desk with my dick almost fully engorged.

i take my non clamping hand (or in the case of doing this with a clamp either hand that ur comfortable with) and put the palm of my hand on the base. what i mean is the part of my hand that is contacting my penis, is almost at the wrist where u take ur pulse and it will be contacting the top side of ur base, with the bottom of the penis pressed against the desk.

your hand should be at a 45 degree to the horizontal at this position and u should press down HARD and SLOWWW with your palm (wrist) on your dick.

then you start lowering your hand's angle with the horizontal, and with doing so increase the contacting area between your palm and your penis. you continue untill your hand is almost horizantal and your just squashing your dick against the desk. not that i said ALMOST not quite exactly horizontal.

After every 5 degrees of lowering your hand, hold for a count of 20.
when you reach maximum expansion count to 60 slowly.


now push ur hand forward and feel the head engorge. again count to 60. and your done one set.

i do 5-10 of these. and i've gained crazy girth in a very short period of time.

I've also started a reginmen of hanging, 4 sets a day (20 minutes each).
My mentality is Hanging will stretch the ligaments as well as the tissues of the CS and CC, while the blood engorgement of clamping can futher stabalize and cement these gains. I believe that if this stretched space (which is created by the stretch from hanging) is further filled with blood by clamping or other girth exercises, then gains are unavoidable.


In your opinion, how valid is this statement? I keep hearing that one should concentrate on length OR girth, but not both at the same time.

What's your take on it?
 
Hey vasiline_knight. Great pic bro. What are your stats right now? Your theory on hanging and stretching first is the same theory I follow as well with using hanging to open up the gaps and spaces in the tissues then using clamping to or girth work to filling those spaces with blood and cement gains. With this protocal I've gained length and girth at the same time.

Greeat job bro. Keep us updated on your progress and I too am looking forward to your new exsercises.
