Actually, this makes me wonder if you're warming up appropriately. Is it happening at the beginning of your sets? Also, is it towards the base or just somewhere on the right side? Mid shaft? Where? You say it's not the skin and not the ligs so where exactly are you experiencing this?

You may have a ligament sitting on top of another or possible a vein may be under some stress. I would suggest first, a long heated massage while flaccid to allow the tissue to relax and heal or go into it's normal position. A lig pop does not hurt, it feels no more than cracking your knuckles. If you are having sharp pain and a pop I would be concerned and would take a break until the problem is sorted. I have never heard of someone hacving a lig pop that was accompanied by pain, fear? Yes. Pain? No.
 
Yes that's why I'm thinking it's not a lig pop..fear-no, pain-yes in my case...and I don't know about taking a break I don't want to stop gains even though I haven't gained any..
but I'll see what I can do...I guess it's from stretching on one direction and then straight down the vein had some trouble relocating and being stretched you know..
 
Study the anatomy charts, no one is ever going to be as familiar with your dick as YOU.
