Fastest gains I've ever experienced!! OMG!!

Things are getting hectic and busy in life, but I'm trying to squeeze in consistent daily time for PE. And looking back on what someone said on this thread, I hope I haven't been measuring wrong all this time. It can be a discouraging thinking that, but I know if I never stop trying, my goal will be met, regardless of past mistakes.

One more thing. I keep trying to reply to everyone's replies to my thread, but the site won't let me. It keeps saying I have to wait 12 hours before bumping.. What's up with that?

there's a secret about NBPEL vs BPEL.

Normally the penis hangs by ligaments off the pubic bone like this (open the spoiler)

When you first start measuring BPEL the base of your penis is higher. After PE losens up the ligs a bit, the base of the penis moves lower down the incline of the pubic bone. So when you Bone press later, it shows a bigger measurement since you're able to push the ruler in Deeper, even though your NBPEL would remain the same. Now, you may have gained some usable size depending on sex position/angle, but the tissue would not have actually increased in size.

to be more reliable you have to distinguish between flat ruler BPEL (your measuring style) vs perpendicular ruler BPEL

Now, you don't need that big of a board, but have a wide enough scale that it reaches the pubic crest (highest/further part of the bone). Or you can use NBPEL as well as long as you don't lose weight and measure in a similar position.

Massage your nutsack regularly (testicular massage). This helps your dick feel floppier when you're flaccid. I'm sure it helps for better blood flow into your shaft, too.

Yes, I had been doing the T-massage, I was just thrown off by that guy's statement about the right way to measure. But anyway, I will definitely keep you guys informed. Things have just been really busy with life lately, so my thread's been kinda dead. I'll be back soon, though! ;)

Thanks DLD. I thought that was how I was measuring this whole time.. But is it really true about what that guy said about the ligaments loosening over time? If he was right, then when would we know that we're actually gaining length in tissue rather than the ligaments just loosening up and us being able to push the ruler further into the pubic bone?

It all makes me confused about whether or not I even gained length this whole time.
 
Hey, Guys!

I'm back with another update for you guys. Sorry that I've been gone for so long without an update. Life has been sooooo busy. This update is more of an update of transparency, rather than of progress as I believe that I must include the ups as well as the downs in my journey, so that I can be more relatable to you brothers who are struggling with your journeys.

So, as it stands right now, I have suffered loss. My size is back down to around 6.1-6.2 inches fully erect. Not because my routine wasn't working, but simply because I wasn't doing anything. Yes. I fell away from PE completely since the last half of November of last year. Life was just getting so busy and hectic with my family that I had no way of being able to properly put in the time I needed, and everything that was going on with me was throwing off my sleeping pattern, and we all know how important good sleep is in this game of PE. But no more! It is said that we can always make time for what is a priority in our lives. And I won't let my time of PE slip away from me again!

It's ok, though. It's just a minor setback leading up to a major comeback this year! I guess I won't post any pics until I've surpassed my last picture's size, but then again, maybe I will. We'll see. The whole point of this update like I said, is that I want to be transparent with you guys. PE isn't all about gains month after month, week after week. Sometimes it's about failures and then learning from those failures. I believe this time taken away from PE will work in my favor now, as it feels like I'm starting over for the first time again, which I think will lead to quicker gains hopefully. At least I can look back on my previous months of PE and say that I've learned a lot from my journey so far, and I will carry that knowledge with me onward to future success!

I did mention before that I would "hang in there" by starting to use weights. I have recently started hanging. About to complete my 2nd week. I still do bundled stretching as I still and will always believe tunica deformation is an absolute must in PE! I do the bundles right before my hanging session. So we'll see how this goes! :)

As it stands, I've started with 2.5 pounds, hanging for 20 mins. I'll increase the weights as I see fit, and however my body responds.

I won't be doing the bundled stretching every hour like before, as I just don't have the privilege, because my busy life doesn't permit me to make abrupt bathroom breaks every hour. Plus, I think I prefer the approach of just a certain amount of time invested in PE in the morning and then carry on with the rest of my day with my normal daily activities, even if it takes longer to achieve my goal by doing so. I'm realizing more and more that I should not be viewing PE as a deadline goal to be achieved within a certain time frame, but rather that I need to carry PE with me in my daily journey of life taking it one day at a time. I realize that PE is not a separate thing from my life, but that my life and PE are now one and the same.

Will update you guys again hopefully in the not too distant future! Stay focused, and stay inspired, guys! Hopeful for good gains this 2019!

As for the measuring stuff.... I am always taken back a bit by how often this is a topic.
Ideally, top center and against your pubic bone.... I will be honest tho, I am a much bigger believer in BPFSL then BPEL just because I know my erection varies based on excitement levels and time since I last let loose etc. so I just trust BPFSL more and I know BPEL will catch up.

Don’t get hung up either way and don’t get too excited if there MAY have been some length loss... just figure out how you are going to measure and be consistent with them so YOU are able to monitor your progress.

Thanks so much for your words, Mike! You are so right, especially when it comes to the measuring, and excitement/erection levels. It could just be that my EQ wasn't as best as it could be when I last measured erect. But definitely measuring BPFSL more often is best as it shows gains faster. Thanks for reminding me of that!
