Hey, Guys!
I'm back with another update for you guys. Sorry that I've been gone for so long without an update. Life has been sooooo busy. This update is more of an update of transparency, rather than of progress as I believe that I must include the ups as well as the downs in my journey, so that I can be more relatable to you brothers who are struggling with your journeys.
So, as it stands right now, I have suffered loss. My size is back down to around 6.1-6.2 inches fully erect. Not because my routine wasn't working, but simply because I wasn't doing anything. Yes. I fell away from PE completely since the last half of November of last year. Life was just getting so busy and hectic with my family that I had no way of being able to properly put in the time I needed, and everything that was going on with me was throwing off my sleeping pattern, and we all know how important good sleep is in this game of PE. But no more! It is said that we can always make time for what is a priority in our lives. And I won't let my time of PE slip away from me again!
It's ok, though. It's just a minor setback leading up to a major comeback this year! I guess I won't post any pics until I've surpassed my last picture's size, but then again, maybe I will. We'll see. The whole point of this update like I said, is that I want to be transparent with you guys. PE isn't all about gains month after month, week after week. Sometimes it's about failures and then learning from those failures. I believe this time taken away from PE will work in my favor now, as it feels like I'm starting over for the first time again, which I think will lead to quicker gains hopefully. At least I can look back on my previous months of PE and say that I've learned a lot from my journey so far, and I will carry that knowledge with me onward to future success!
I did mention before that I would "hang in there" by starting to use weights. I have recently started hanging. About to complete my 2nd week. I still do bundled stretching as I still and will always believe tunica deformation is an absolute must in PE! I do the bundles right before my hanging session. So we'll see how this goes!
As it stands, I've started with 2.5 pounds, hanging for 20 mins. I'll increase the weights as I see fit, and however my body responds.
I won't be doing the bundled stretching every hour like before, as I just don't have the privilege, because my busy life doesn't permit me to make abrupt bathroom breaks every hour. Plus, I think I prefer the approach of just a certain amount of time invested in PE in the morning and then carry on with the rest of my day with my normal daily activities, even if it takes longer to achieve my goal by doing so. I'm realizing more and more that I should not be viewing PE as a deadline goal to be achieved within a certain time frame, but rather that I need to carry PE with me in my daily journey of life taking it one day at a time. I realize that PE is not a separate thing from my life, but that my life and PE are now one and the same.
