I don't sleep with my wrap. Did you sleep with yours? I get morning wood and it has nothing to do with the wrap. Maybe your penis is still getting conditioned .

No. I didn't sleep with the wrap, it was just the last hours of the day before bed. I guess maybe you're right about the conditioning.. I just don't want to injure my penis.. Did you ever experience anything like thrombosis or the like?

I never experience any severe penis injury because I always follow DLD's instruction when it comes to PE.

How is it possible that you wear your wrap tightly for 5-7 hours until you go to bed ?

i thought one must re-wrap every 30 mins due to loss of circulation...

I wear it up to 2 to 3 hours and re-wrap. I can piss while wrapped.

As long as there is no discomfort you are good. I'm working on length only for now. Stretch your flaccid penis to the max and apply the wrap.
 
Hey guys! I'm sorry to be a day late of when I said I would come back with another update, but better late than never right? Life has just been sooo busy for me lately.. Anyways..

I've made gains, but it's mostly been BPFSL. I know I said I'd challenge myself not to measure until around this date, but I just couldn't resist. lol I like getting accurate times of when my growth occurs. It's seriously habitual at this point. I've grown to 7.7 BPFSL. I measured on Saturday, and it did measure at about 7.9/7.8ish but maybe that was just temporary, because it's only measuring at 7.7 whenever I measure now, but I think I'm due for a bit more growth pretty soon.

I really don't have much to say for this update, other than I've been doing everything else with the same weekly schedule. Only thing is I've stopped doing the jelqs for now. I'm happy that thev're gotten my penis well conditioned for other PE exercises, but at this point I think the only thing they're really doing for me is taking up more time in my routine. I just recently cut them out last week, so we'll see how doing that affects my gains within the next month or so.

I'd also like to take the time to address some underrated things concerning my PE journey that I think would help every guy out there in pursuit of a larger member:

1. Make a PE journal.

Make a journal with daily sumbissions of the exercises you do daily, as well as track the dates for when growth has occurred. This has helped me so much in recalling when I grew and gives me an idea of the amount of growth I'm due for each month. It also helps to remind me of the types of exercises I've been doing, and will help me understand why I might be stagnant in growth at a certain time due to either under-training, over-training or perhaps too little/too many rest days. I think having a PE daily diary like this can also be very helpful for cementing gains. Knowing how long it took you to get to a certain point could be the key to showing you how long it would take to cement your progress (at least this is what I've heard). So all in all, a PE daily diary will become your friend in reminding you of everything you've done, and how you need to proceed forward.

2. Testicle Health Massage & Stretch.

I haven't included that I've also been doing the Testicle Health Massage, but it's something that I've been doing from the very start of my journey, and although I haven't grown much in the NBPEL department as yet, I see the difference in how my balls hang lower, and continuing this stretch throughout the course of my PE journey is helpful for keeping that turkey neck from growing up the shaft -- a PE must for those concerned with the aesthetics that come along with penis enlargement.

3. Keep Your Penis Warm.

I think I can attribute this to being one of the most, if not the most important thing when it comes to my PE journey. Keeping the penis warm, and warming puts the penis in a state of readiness for any exercise you throw at it. The tunica needs to have a certain pliability during workouts so that growth can occur. Without the warm ups, you're more due for injury and pain rather than gains. The penis can't reach it's maximum potential during a session of stretching or girth workouts unless it is properly warmed up. This must be habitual for ever PEer out there!

4. Don't Forget To Kegel.

Kegels are so important for revealing the true erect length of your penis, and gives you a readiness and staying power that wouldn't come without them. It's really helped me whenever I measure, and my erections always feel more powerful when I'm consistent with them.

Thanks, HG! I'm really excited for the first time my penis hits 8.0" on the ruler, even if it is just BPFSL. Steadily getting closer and closer to the mark. :)

And yeah, do add it! I've also heard that the Reverse Erect Stretch is also good for accomplishing the same goal as the Testicle Health Massage & Stretch.

Reverse erect stretch? I have never heard of it.
 
..And we have reached 8.0" BPFSL!

It feels awesome for my penis to finally touch the 8.0" mark on the ruler, even if it is only BPFSL! I still consider this a true milestone in my PE journey! So happy to have gotten this far! I think now that I've finally hit 8.0" BPFSL, I'll start to see BPEL gains again pretty soon, since the BPEL gains went up last time, after I got to 7.0"/7.1" BPFSL. Hopefully I'll also start to see the NBPEL gains I've been waiting to see for so long.

Since my last update, I've also changed my daily routine. Stretching throughout the day has helped me so much in my PE journey that I've made it my main source of PE exercise. I've basically cut out all jelqing and the main stretching session that I used to do in the morning. The only thing I still do is the rotary stretching, erect stretch, and downward bundled stretching in the morning, but those are the only things I've kept as far as the "main session stretching" is concerned. I find that the rotary stretching keeps the ligs well prepared for the full day of stretching. My warm up sessions are also a bit longer, though. I warm up before and after my first PE stretching session for the day. I warm up, and warm down for 15-20 minutes in the morning. I also find that having longer warm ups have helped to keep my entire penis better prepared for a longer day of PE. I will also continue to do ICS's so that my penis stays well conditioned for girth work, but that's about it.


So a typical day now looks like this:

Morning session - Pre workout warm-up (15-20 mins), Downward bundled stretches left, right, and centered (50 seconds each), warm-down (15-20 mins)

Throughout the rest of the day - Downward bundled stretches just like the morning once every hour for 10-12 hours straight. I think it's best if the hours are consecutive, to keep the consistent stretching going, but I don't think it would hurt much if it's broken up a bit due to life's happenings during the day. As it stands, I'm totaling about 30 mins of stretching a day.

And every other day, I'll do the ICS's.


I prefer doing my PE this way, because short bursts of PE throughout the day accommodate my busy schedule a lot better than a long session in the morning and then short ones throughout the day. Plus, doing it all throughout the day gives the penis somewhat of a simulation of and all day stretcher, which is the main point of why I'm doing my PE this way. And the ruler doesn't lie! Since I've switched things up, I've still been gaining! ..Maybe even better than before.

You know, I also think another reason why I've had such success is the fact that I'm not only doing this for myself, but for all of the newcomers out there in years to come who will see this website, and threads like mine, and say "Wow! Manual PE really can take you far if you're consistent!". I can only hope that this goal has become, and will continue to be a reality in the future. It really is wonderful to be apart of and give back to something so much greater than myself. So glad I started this thread, and looking forward to those future gains!

Hey Guys!

I'm back with an exciting update! I'm finally starting to really see the fruits of my labor start to bud! All this time It's been BPEL and BPFSL gains. Well today's measurement has shown that my NBPEL is finally starting to grow after all this time, just as I predicted in my last update. I'm on month 6 of my PE journey, and it feels so good to finally see my NBPEL really start to kick in! I was near tears when I saw that measurement of 6.5" today. All of the hard work this year is finally starting to truly pay off! Despite all of the BPEL and BPFSL gains that I've been grateful for, I still had doubts as to whether or not I'd ever see NBPEL gains, because for all of these months my NBPEL was stuck at about 6.2", and it just didn't make sense to me. Well now my doubts are washed away! I really can't explain how happy I am right now. I was bouncing up and down after measuring today. It's such an amazing feeling!

My "tree" is finally starting to shoot up out of the ground after having grown the "roots" these past 5+ months.

My daily routine has been the same, with the exception of me not being able to always consistently stretch for every hour. When that happens, I just compensate for stretching for a longer period of time in the next hour. As long as I'm totaling 30 mins of the downward bundled stretching throughout the day, it gets the job done just as well, and of course, over time, I'll increase to 40 mins, and so on. However, I try not to let 3 hours pass in between stretching times. My penis generally loses the pliability after not having been stretched after the 3 hour period.
