Hi guys! I'm back with another photo measurement+routine update!
Every day has been feeling like boot-camp, but man these results have been so worth it!
Here is the measurement I did today:

So happy to be touching 7.0" BPEL now!

What's interesting, though, is that my NBPEL hasn't moved a smidge.. Is this normal? I guess my growth has been focusing more on
my roots, and my tree will soon shoot up? Regardless, I'm happy to see growth. The ruler doesn't lie.

..And yeah.. unfortunately I lost my 8" ruler. <

But my BPEL would've eventually outgrown it so it's not so bad I guess.. Haha. Now I'm using the other end of the 36" wooden ruler, which I sawed down to around 12".
So anyway my routine update is as follows:
A day after I posted my last progress pic, I had been doing the same routine that I told you guys I was doing before, but then I added my recently bought [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] into the mix! So on top of everything else I've been doing, I've been using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 5 hours daily, stretched at a length comfortable enough for me to wear it 1 hour straight without taking it off, which for me is at about 5.7 inches NBPFSL. I always begin using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] right after completing the Phase 1 routine for the day. --OH! Another thing I've been doing is the stretching portion of the Phase 1 routine every day now, but I still do my jelqs every other day (Up to 600 jelqs now! Go me!

). I'll be starting the Phase 2 routine in a few days. I'm really excited! This is my third month of PE and it's amazing to see how far I've come.
Anyways, getting back to the routine: So what I would do with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is wear it for 1 hour straight, then take it off, massage the head of my penis to get the circulation going again, and then I do bundled stretches, only now I don't do the downward bundled stretches like before. Instead, I now do DLD's double bundled stretches. I do these
every hour in between my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] breaks, but I still make sure I do them at least 5-7 times daily, as I did before with the downward bundled stretches. I try to do these upon consecutive hours, but it's not always consecutive, since some days I get kinda busy. I do these for about 60 seconds per twisted direction.
And I think that's about all the info on my routine update for now..
What I plan to do is after I'm a week into the Phase 2 routine, I'll begin to do the stretching portion twice a day, kinda following in DLD's footsteps.

I was so inspired by DLD's PE story that I'm willing to make this year an intense one for the sake of my PE gains.
Lol. Guys, I've spent so much time doing PE daily, that I'm kinda starting to feel like my penis is another person that I'm getting to know. As silly as that sounds, I love this feeling, because it's really empowering me along the journey. This pic describes things perfectly:
