Just wanted to start this thread so I can track my gains and maybe get a little bit of feedback. Long time lurkers of thunders place, but I am glad I found [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words]. I am doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and am on day 5

As of 8/11/2011:

BPenis EnlargementL: 7.0
EG: 5.5

Long term goals are,

BPenis EnlargementL: 8.5
EG: 6.3

Great that you are starting a progress thread. What are your hopes and what is your plan of action?

I found Penis Enlargement about 2 years ago, but I have never been very consistent. The longest period I've gone was probably a month, where I didn't really see any legit gains although I did notice harder erections and better sex. Thanks, having this thread up is already helping me stay on track. As of now, I think I am going to stick with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for at least 6 months then maybe start one of the other phases or add other exercises after that. Unless you recommend changing the routines sooner?

My goals are to be more comfortable with my body, I am pretty tall 6'3 and more of a grower so I am hoping to make some flaccid gains also. I want to have a member that girls tell their friends about, one that people are envious of and I am proud of. I sort of have a size complex, also confidence issues but am working on improving all areas of my life so I am hoping this will be another piece of the puzzle. Thanks for the reply.

I have some good updates. I was going to try to go six weeks until I measured again, but I couldn't wait.. AND I gained!! I just finished my 20th day of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I was doing 5 days on 2 days off, but decided a few days ago to switch to 7 days on none off. But as it stands right now my new stats are:

9/3/11:

BPenis EnlargementL: 7.25
NBPenis EnlargementL: 7.0
EG: 5.75

It's hard to desribe how stoked I am right now. I always had faith in Penis Enlargement, but now that I can actually see results.. Its a really good feeling.

When I first got it about a month ago I just did 15 to 20 minuets sets and kind of neglected my routine, I noticed my EQ start to suffer a little(I think I was pumping to too high of a pressure) So in the last 2 weeks I went back to my routine of 30 mins of stretching in the morning then adding 3 x 5 min in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and 3 x 5 mins of jelqing/slow squash. Now my EQ is better then ever! I also started taking Maca Root extract and it seems to be increasing my sex drive, not sure if it is a placebo effect or not yet, but it seems to be doing something lol. I am also trying to incorporate DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] theory by wearing a cockring after girthwork and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jims[/words] wrapping after lenth aswell as not wearing my jockeys anymore.

All of these things combined seem to be improving my flaccid state quite a bit, I plan to take measurement in 2 months and hopefully will see some gains.

I recently started Insanity aswell as getting back into muay thai full time so I am trying to my max out on my fitness level as well as maxing out my trouser snake. I wasn't able to get to the forum for the last week on my laptop or on my phone. Anyone else have this problem? I was so dis trout I started browsing pegym. Lucky it worked today
 
Figured I should do an update as it has been forever.

I thought I developed two thrombosis' so I took a couple months off for rest, but after seeing the dr and getting a clean penis bill of health. Ive started up again.

I changed my entire routine and am now going to focus mainly on length and hope some girth comes out of it.

My new routine is:

AM

5 mins heating pad
10 mins stretch (while still keeping wrapped in heating pad, this allows me to stretch at higher tensions without any discomfort)
5 min heating pad

After this I wrap with the comfort sleeve I got with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] the put on and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words](self adhesive, then some medical tape) basically so there is a minimal amount of weight pulling down on my penis all day to prevent turtling.

I have done this routine for about 3 weeks so far and my flaccid length is MUCH better as well as my stretched length from 7.5ish to now over 8. So I am hoping length gains will follow.

Good to have you back! I am happy the thrombosis cleared up. Be sure to take things easy for a bit and work up to a strong intensity, too much too fast might cause the T-vein to resurface. Thanks for posting and I look forward to the new progress you will be making.
