Hated the size of my penis most of my life, it's affected my confidence in all area's of my life. Time to do something about it.

I'm going to be using the MaleHanger, which I received in the mail on Monday. I'll be measuring once a month.

Masturbation would not interfere with length work in any way but it will effect girth in a negative way if you are weak in erection quality. Too much masturbation and eq will become crap and girth work will greatly suffer.
 
Just thinking if you're trying to stretch the ligament, then if you're masterbating aren't you contracting it when you're doing it? Total bro science I know, but just a thought.

Any tips on avoiding blood swelling in the head when hanging guys?

Thanks, I tried this. It seemed to help. I'm also finding attaching the hanger further back from the head helps as well.

Good 20 minute workout. I would add to this as you are able and try to get in 3 sets a day if hanging is the main concept of your routine for length.

Definitely. I'm just easing into it at the moment though, still trying to get the basics right but I will definitely be adding more sets each day.

Would you do these in a row (with breaks) or space it out throughout the day ?

Yeah, that is what I did. 3 consecutive sessions of 20 minutes. After each set I would remove hanger and bring back good circulation and then go right into another set.
 
Ok, I went for it as I'm starting to get the wrap down etc.

Felt a really good stretch the first 2 sets, definitely got that slight burning sensation for the first couple of minutes of the set.

That burning will soon fade and new weight can be added but again the cycle continues of soreness to gains to adding weight, repeat :) You are exactly in the right place.
 
I'm actually really starting to get into this. :D It's becoming completely routine for me to do this every night. I'm starting to really believe in it as well. Swear I can see a slight difference already.

A word on the MaleHanger as well. I read a lot about the different types before buying it, bib hanger etc. I was expecting it might be uncomfortable. I can honestly say as a complete newbie, I find it well made, easy to use and completely comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone so far.

Is it a bruised looking spot? If so, it may be from blood pressure in the glans. Make sure you are in the habit of squeezing the glans and front of your penis before tightening your hanger.

Exactly, squeeze out as much blood as possible and these issues will be avoided. Too much blood in the head will put way too much pressure on the urethra which will cause bruising, swelling, minor cuts, even blisters. When hanging wrapping and squeezing out the blood of the glans is where safety comes from.

Yes, having looked today it has just slight bruising, which for me means it's minor because I bruise easily and clearly usually.

I have been keeping it pointed upwards during wrapping and attaching then giving the head a quick squeeze, but then tightening pretty quickly and getting straight into the set. Would you suggest waiting a bit longer after tightening the hanger, before starting the set?
 
The main cause of something like that is excess blood in the glans. Secondary cause is usually hanger movement during a set....with excess blood in the glans. So, make sure you have a solid anchor point where your hanger does not move no matter how hard you pull with your hands. Then, after a few minutes (around 5) of every set, you should be reaching down and tightening your hanger a little more until you cannot tighten it more. The interstitial fluid pushes out after that first few minutes of each set. There's no such thing as "too tight". Tighter is better and getting it right from the beginning is the way to go. Rather than doing like many men do with less proper hanger technique earlier on and then having to re learn things as they are hanging heavier.

About 12 months. It feels good to have lost the weight now I am going to focus on weight training, predominately my legs and butt. I have a naturally macular upper body but I lag in lower body so that will be my next challenge, butt and leg enlargement :)

No I had to take almost a week off before after the bruising I got on the head before. I'm back hanging now but I won't be increasing the weight this week as I planned because of the time off before.

Got another 3 sets in today. Brings me up to a month since I started, but because I had a few days off, I will measure on the 3rd or 4th.
 
Seriously though, no matter what I seem to do around 10 mins into each set I check and the big purple blood filled head is there.

Would a thicker wrap help ?

Are you being sure to squeeze all the blood from your head before clamping down?
 
Cut your sets time back to 8-10 minutes per set, leaving 10 minutes between sets for massage and continue from there. It may take you more time to get to 20 minutes, no big deal. You may even be able to increase weight for short sets like this. I would also look at the way you are wrapping and maybe experiment with some different methods. When I hung I could not hang more than 5 pounds without pinching and pain but once I got my wrapping down I eventually was hanging weight as high as 70 pounds. Wrap matters.
 
Sorry for the late response. Are you making sure to tighten your hanger more after the first 5 minutes of each set? That may help with the blood coming into the glans.
Otherwise, I agree with DLD.
