Am I the only one who pumps over 20hg for prolonged periods of time. My record is 24hg, it won't go higher no matter how much I pump. I also will do this while clamped with a rubber band very tightly.

I don't start to feel the pull until 8-10 hg usually. Why do you guys pump at such low pressure?

I go for about 1-2 hours between 12- 23 hg usually. Big ole dick goes from 6 around to 7.5 or more sometimes in circumference. Fill a 2.25 tube
 
Yes, pumping at extremely high pressure can actually break blood vessels and result in red blood spots, or worst, the broken vessels you DON'T see! Take it from me. I pumped at high pressure once and started bleeding through the urethra--NOT GOOD!

You may be lucky so far, but don't test your luck. Pumping at lower levels and for longer periods is more beneficial, and more comfortable too.
 
I pump often at high pressure but for short periods of time I max out my hand squeeze pump @25inHg and yes I do have some discolouration however, eh a new trick you can try. What I do is use a base donut, I use a 2 1/4" tapered tube, by 9". Working on maxing it out, but the trick is the re-depressurization, slowly deflate and release from the tube. This prevents blood blisters or spots kind of like the reverse of the bens, what ever is happening. One way you can try to reach higher pressure squeeze 1, release, squeeze 2, release ... you get it. When you start seeing how much it can take try and up that over a period of weeks.

i used a kaplan electric pump and a 16 inch tube. I set the pressure at 5hg then cover the air inlet with my thumb to raise the pressure up to about 20hg for just a second and then released my finger and the pressure dropped back down to 5hg. 20 minutes is all I needed for a great workout. like a very serious jelq workout but was easy as moving only one thumb. Not for newbies for sure. Wrapped the head and foreskin to avoid blisters and donut. Gained 5/8 inch solid girth in a short time that i still have a year after stopping.
 
I usually stay around 5 myself. If I feel pretty good after 3 10min sessions I'll go between 7 and 10 for no more than 10min. After that my dick is a nice meaty handful. That's when I like to have sex, blows your womans mind. They start to think they're shrinking. I did that and got a blow job once and the questions starting coming. Like this thing seems bigger,why? That's when you say "well it's been so long you forgot", ha ha ha! Keep pumping guys.
 
I've done my fair share of pumping over the years and have gone up to high pressures for long peorids of time. But It makes my foreskin look nasty and bloated at the same time.

I also have done sets where I max out at 15 to 20hg for 30 seconds or so to finish off a set, just for the hell of it. Though anytime you get to that high of pressure you are really maxing out your cock and getting a full 100% erection afterwards is very difficult. Though pumping like that does make you flaccid apper quite large it effects your erection strenght as well.

The highest I go now is around 10hg for about 1 min in the middle of my set just to get that extra expansion without comremising my erection strenght.

Erection strenght is very important to me, as should be to you. The stronger your erections the more angles you can effectivly hit that pussy and make her really feel it inside her.

While pumping always make sure your erection strenght is strong, do this between sets. If you can get to that 100% you are over doing it.

My theory for pumping is like for building muscle. steady pressure with some all out sets / reps,

warm up,
5" gets it taught and slightly tingly / uncomfortable, once I adjust to that I up it to about 7-8in hg, after several mins and I know I am fully warmed up
I might do a few mins of 10 to 12 inhg. but as that gets uncomfortable i back down slowly to 5-6 for a few mins....Release, massage, get blood flowing
again, inspect for stress etc. Reset and apply vacuum for another set, I do about 2-3 sets about the same. I have had excellent gains and only a few times
did I get fluid build up but it went away in about 10 hours. I blame that on not warming up properly.

do what works for you. The body can quickly adapt to any stress we put on it, pumping can be no different. I suggest that anything above 15" vac is
for any period of time iss looking for future medical issues.
