Hi, I really having a problem keeping an erection, after a while it gets softer....It might be something in my head, but anyway I´ve done the kegel exsercise(holding for 5 five seconds repeat 50 times) for 1-2 months now, when I started doing them I noticed difference but now I don´t know, I´m not really sure if I´m progressing, I know it takes time to buiild up, but really I think my question is if I should increase the kegel training somehow? ¨
And the reverse kegels I haven´t done them, are they good for my problem? thanks
 
do reverse, blaze and get rid of any stress possible. when you're having sex you should be so intensely in the moment like you are the penis penetrating deep into that beautiful pie hole infront of you.. Do you jack dry or wet? Me dry it takes a lot of concentration to maintain my erection, but wet, I stay hard as long as I want with little work.

My advice? Edge like there is no tommorrow and your erection strength will go through the roof man.

DLD blasters, search for that and you will see how to use them effectivly, reverse kegels can be used in any exercise not just the blasters.
