As for these, Im gonna try this in my next session, so what are your thoughts about this? Anyone made serious gains from this? And whats the feeling when you put on a work, do you just feel the stretch or you feel it along with stretched shaft (become longer due to stretch)

I'm burning up to do these but my head is kinda small which impedes any type of erect constricted stretch. One day brother I promise you my dick will scream from excitement when I present him this technique
 
My head is going bigger parallel with my girth, thank God I dont have that problem, I've tryed erect stretches, definitely tissue is burning, but my eq is lower when Im done with other exercises so its a bit hard for me to maintain full erection, so I guess about 80-85% is just fine? :)
 
And guys one more thing please, due to my lack of time, is good for me to put one day for lenght only and second day for girth and next day off then to repeat all? :)

I'd suggest to either go for length or girth only for now until you have more time at your disposal or until you are satisfied with the numbers achieved and then do a bit maintenance work while going for the other dimension. Doing intense girth work requires rest and I'd say a 2on/1off rhythm is optimal, length should best be done every day

O of course mine head neither, though even after doing lots of pe i still feel like a novice. I know my body is extra sensitive which is probably good for growth. I do only one intense hour (warm up included) and my dick says "enough" to which respond "no bitch WE aren't through". I feel like I've only trained five minutes ,but I put my emotions aside to let him have his way. After all I don't fully understand how he grows just how to encourage him.
 
EQ will drop during manual erect streches and head has the tendancy to get smaller, I experienced all theese back in the day when I started out and that's why I never had done any erect streching in my routines until I bought by [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] and started to do harcore streches witch are a lot easier to do and more effective, and the most important I don't experiencr any loss of erection because the vacuum of the pump it's holding the blod into my penis. Right now I'm moved to the next levl and I hang erect with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] for sets of 10mins.

However if you can do them manualy and feel a good strech from them you should have them in your daily routine.

You mean by that to put on first day only length, second only girth OR on second both length and girth, right?

I don't know the proper way to erect stretch. But I just grab it over hand by the base and pull it down hard in a jelqing motion. I think it has helped my girth a ton along with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words].

I think brother it doesnt matter is he black or white, im white and my penis is strong, back in the begining of my pe Ive done supra slammers a lot, but i quit because i was said so from experienced guys :)
 
Mine too if I eat a ton of pistachios I instantly hang fuller flaccid while my bones can split diamond. But I get a stomach ache every time; its a necessary evil.

No, what I meant is: you should go for length or girth only because it's too little of each if you do it combined in the way you suggested (1 girth/1 length/1 off). That would mean that you train length and girth only every third day respectively. Another option to avoid such long breaks would be to skip the rest day so that you would train like this: 1 day girth/1 day length/1 day girth/1 day length and so on.

When doing erect stretches, I grab and pull the penis from the base. Some people grab beneath the shaft. I've done that before but found out that, grabbing the base is what works better for me. I believe this exercise helps with cementing of our erect gains
