You probably could do some bundled hanging with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] attached to it, although I haven't tried that yet.

I've tried that but the weight puts just a burning stress on my leg because the weight is covered with rubber. I need to find a way to hang sideways lol

When I hung I hung straight down during my entire time

No, I stretched in all directions but with hanging only straight down. I may have messed around with OTS or BTC but mostly straight down.
