Do you guys advise or not advise this. I know erections have a range but let's say 80-100% are they bad? Isn't that just expressive stretching? What about 50-75%

No, it can create too much pressure inside the penis and make for injuries. Definitely no with a proper hanger. Always hang flaccid.

That's a good idea. Cause I'm looking to straighten an upward curve & hanging weights when my penis is erect is more likely to straighten a curved penis than when it's flaccid. But apparently it's not recommended cause it's dangerous. I don't understand why though??

can't you just gradually increase weight cautiously to avoid injuries?

This is very dangerous and should not be done. Peyronies disease is a very real thing and if you cause a break the results are terrible. Hanging should be done 100% flaccid. If having problems getting flaccid masturbate before hanging.

I just told you why it's dangerous.

It's your penis.

If it's dangerous why do you recommend erect stretching then DLD?

Because erect stretching is controlled and the force is being applied in a controlled manner. Hanging erect is like getting an erection and bending it against your erection angle risking a break and Peyronies. In erect stretching we are not stretching against our erection angle to the point of danger.

I did it some but not on purpose. There was a time i could not avoid getting erect with really heavy weight hanging. This is not a good idea and, by the way, does nothing positive for increasing your length.Avoid it bro.

What if instead of hanging directly downwards with an erection and with cautious increments of weight we do erect hanging. So like when we hang we prepare our body in a horizontal form where our body lays across like this ------;---
While the " ; " is the penis and hanging part that way it doesn't bend the penis.

If you could manage to get into a position that is not bending or going against your erection level then go for it but be extremely careful, 1 cock.

Erect hanging can work safely but your posture most be correct.I have been doing this for a while with over 40lbs hanging and never had a problem. This position is the most intense for flaccid and erect hanging. See attached graphic.

Why because you can do more weight like that? Is like the deadlift of hanging or what?

Very good behind the balls method, my concern is with your back, is there any pain when using this position?

Slight pain in the lower back, raise your back slightly upwards to relieve the pain. NOTE: never hang erect standing upright. My opinion. This is a great way to break the tunica. I have been stuck at 7.5" nbpel for months. Now I am getting an erect stretched length of 8.25" after starting this new way of hanging. I wrap after each session and then measure. I hang 40lbs to 50lbs comfortably. It took over a year of conditioning to understand my limits. I have also had my share of injuries throughout this time but nothing major.
